Fast forward to today (over a week later), we still haven't heard from them. My husband has called a few more times the last week and not a blip from them. I texted the owner's number last night and told him my hesitation in posting this negative review due to their extreme lack of communications. Still no response. As much as I like supporting local businesses, I'm also one who leaves reviews based on our experience (negative or positive). First let me say that I was extremely impressed with Luis' professionalism, responsiveness and value for the work being done. No matter how many times I texted him with questions, he quickly responded. Once he came out, we were very happy with his excellent installation and he explained everything to us about how to properly use the generator inlet once the job was completed. Luis installed a generator inlet, an additional electrical sub panel, home surge protector and a soft start system on our air conditioner compressor. He did an excellent job and everything took him about 4-5 hours, which was amazing.
