They only talk about money and do not treat their customers as patients but as money mines. Within about 20 minutes of 6 fluoride treatments (I don't think it was six, but they said so) and deep cleaning (deep cleaning in 10 minutes), they dug out $1,100 from my insurance debit card. Horrible experience! Once and never again. Bye! read more

This dental office only cares about MONEY. Once you make the initial payment, they know you will not ditch them and will make you wait during each follow-up visit. The only positive thing about this place is the inexpensive price...but you will get what you paid for. My mom is retired and came here for implant with Richard Hoang over 2 years ago because she couldn't afford anywhere else. Recently she suffered from tooth pain in that area and had to go to a specialist. The surgeon said she had an infection from the loosed bridge of the implant, which caused massive bone loss. Also, she shouldn't be getting an implant since she's borderline diabetic. My mom didn't know since doctor Hoang did not advised her. She had to go back to Ace Dental to fix the loosen implant before the surgeon can do surgery and fix her bone loss. She did but he said they only warranty for a year, and she needs to pay for a "discounted" price to have it replace. She needs it fixed, not replaced and when does an implant last less than 3 years. Generally, it should last 10-15 years before you have to replace it from wear and tear. Obviously, this dental office has no professional ethics and used crappy materials that eventually caused my mom's infection. Now, they try to not only get away with it but ripped off more money from a retired elderly patient. BE AWARE of this place before you decide to commit. read more

Hate this place. But I foolishly started my daughter's ortho care here 10/2018. So we're trapped. I specifically asked if they do weekday adjustments because the ortho I wanted to go with would only do adjustments on the weekends. I work weekends. All weekends. It took over a year for them to get the billing correct. They kept saying that I owed more than I do because they wouldn't record my payments. Finally... it's straightened out. When Covid hit all appts were canceled because they're located inside a mall. So my kid went about 5 months without an adjustment. Her teeth moved so much she had huge gaps between her teeth! By the time I was finally able to make an appt they were so mean to me and my kid, as of it was her fault that she hadn't been seen. They have terrible bedside manner. Correction. They have none. They just make appts for tons of people so you always have to wait over an hour to be seen. And when you do get seen, the technicians, dentist and orthodontist are all rude and mean. But we're trapped. No one else will pick up where this guy leaves off. And I've already paid all this money anyway. We just have to keep coming back as long as it takes to straighten her teeth. read more

The worse dentist ever! I came in for a filing on a crack tooth. This dentist had his staffs numb me and then performed deep clean and other work that I did not need. I had a really bad experience at ACE dental, I advise you to never come here, when you went in for the x-ray they said they needed to remove 1 tooth, but when paying they said they had 2 teeth removed, I disagreed and asked for a copy of the X-ray. Doctor Richard Hoang did not give me a copy and only asked for money even though my teeth were bleeding a lot. tôi đã có trải nghiệm thật tồi tệ tại nha khoa ACE, khi bạn vào chụp phim họ cho biết cần nhổ bỏ 1 cái răng, nhưng khi thanh toán họ nói đã nhổ 2 răng, và bắt tôi phải thanh toán cho chiếc răng thứ hai, tôi không đồng ý và yêu cầu bản copy của phim chụp X-ray lúc nảy Dr Richard Hoang không cho còn chửi bới tôi, và chỉ biết đòi tiền, dù răng tôi đang chảy nhiều máu read more

The doctor doesn't speak English well, with speech and actions like someone who just learned the language. Prices are not clearly explained, and when patients arrive, they add all sorts of fees, making the total cost higher than elsewhere. The work is rushed and careless. The doctor speaks loudly like in a market, making patients feel stressed. Even with an appointment, there's still a wait. Unprofessional." Never come back. read more

The worst experience I have ever had in my life. I am an American born and raised in the US for nearly 70 years and this is the first time my Vietnamese wife has taken me to get root canal treatment and porcelain crown at ACE DENTEL. After negotiation, the price is $1500, the doctor said that the treatment is divided into three installments and will be paid in 3 installments, they just gave me the paper that wrote Amount Paid: $875 and Balance: $705. 2nd treatment, just entered they asked to pay $500 because I was not informed so I only brought $350, they say go home when you have $500 come back, while my teeth hurt and swollen. I wish they could give me a partial refund so I can go somewhere else because I don't want to come back to this place again. Trải nghiệm tồi tệ nhất tôi từng có trong đời. AAA++++ Today I have returned with my wife, they are fitting a crown for her. No star for Ace Dental. This is bad dentistry. I put my teeth here and every month I always have to wait a long time. They made an appointment at 4pm but at 6pm I just got it. 2 hours of aiting so long. I'm so busy and have 2 kids but always wait them a long time. not over yet. they cheated on my payment. They said they didn't have a secretary so they couldn't give me an invoice asking me to keep the provisional receipt, I said: if I give up. they say: keep trying to keep them, they won't accept. A few months later they gave me an invoice and incorrectly wrote down the remaining money. I do not agree they continue to write a temporary paper asking me to keep it. The boss here talks defiantly, loves money, has no responsibility. make different appointments and make customers wait a lot. read more

If you want to get your braces l, please think again; DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. -NO first-time free retainer; I paid 400$ for my first retainer -Wait time:1-2 hours, even though you have an appointment. -I understand they have the lowest price in town, but after add-on many fees, it'll be the same in another place. -Result: bad shape -Service: Only have a doctor on Saturday and Sunday, that's why they are wildly rushing, and you won't get good care for sure. read more

If you go to this place for braces plz plz think again. I understand that their pricing is the lowest in the location. If you really lucky then is gonna be 1hr of waiting time). - The Doctors there are really rushing to do there job. - For Braces they only work on Saturday and Sunday. - and more Pro: - Cheapest price in the area. - Always talk nice. - Inside of Phuc Luoc Tho read more

I got my braces, implant surgery, wisdom tooth removal here and they're so smooth about everything. They always make sure I get what I need, counsel me every time I move on to the new step, and make sure I'm comfortable with what they're doing for me. My wisdom tooth removal was flawless, it didn't hurt at all because the doctor is so good. And when I lost my retainer, I came to them to ask for a new one, they make sure I get it ASAP. read more

When I was still on my parent's insurance plan, they would always take me here. This place is a joke. They are unprofessional and they will call you all the time just because they want to collect all of the insurance money. The last time I came here, I went there to remove my wisdom teeth (four of them). Everyone knows when you're about to remove your wisdom teeth, you'll go "under", get some type of laughing gas, some type of sedation, and etc. When I went with my parents, they were planning on staying with me, but I said no because I thought it was going to take a while... the moment I sat down in that chair and had all FOUR teeth extracted, my parents didn't even walk out of the mall yet. That's how fast it was. They BARELY NUMBED ME. The dentist walked up and tried to pull one out and I had to scream and make a bunch of hand movements because I felt everything! He took his weak numbing cream and tried to "numb" me again. By the time he was done, I could not talk at all. I wrote down on a piece of paper stating that I wanted my wisdom teeth and they said "oh, we already threw it away because you never told us you wanted to keep them". They did not ask me anything when I walked in. I have never gone to a dentist that would say that. They usually keep it for you. Not to mention, I walked out of there with a bunch of gauze in my mouth because I was BLEEDING so badly. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Imagine having to walk through a public place with a bunch of blood and tears going down your face. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Stay far away. There are plenty of other places in that area. read more

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Don't ever come here. EVER. If you're Viet and have viet speaking parents, go somewhere else. Trash. Worse than trash. The dentist takes breaks when there are 20 people waiting, not to mention it's covid and they're still booking hundreds of people a day. I've had braces for almost 4 years and they were suppose to be in for less than 2. Don't do it. Horrible. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The dentist should not take 4 hours at a time. read more

Whenever I visit this office there are persons to complain about they job and doctor talk lousy to the customers all time. It's look like they have asked customers having the deposit before do any dental task for customers, but never return. Yes I wanted a denture for my two missing teeth and deposited money for this, but I didn't know they have two different prices and told them I will let them know my decision tomorrow. Then I found out they have overcharged me for this job, then told them I don't want to do it anymore and until now they don't return my deposit. read more

I went to this dentist thinking my mom pick a good place but it was all wrong. I had an implant installed in the upper front after 8 month's it started to wiggle and become loose. I contacted the dentist about the problem and they say it's not their responsibility. So I lost close to $2,000 in dental work that should of been perfect in the first place. The appearance of the implant wasn't that good either it looks out of place not natural looking. NEVER GO HERE!! read more

Do not come to this Dental office! They have the worse receptionist ever name Thao. My mom was on the dental seat getting ready for her procedure when she comes in to ask for payment. When my mom asked if she can pay after she is done the lady said I don't have time to go back and forth! This is ridiculous! They keep asking for payment when the work is not even done. I would give this place a negative -5 if I can. Since they already took half the money we had no choice but to let them finish. When we came she fought with us in front of the whole dental office asking for payment again. Beware of crazy front desk lady name Thao! If you want the lady to come at you for money before your service then thus is what you will get! read more

Do not trust Dr. Richard, he pushes for procedures that are overly unnecessary in order to squeeze more money from your pockets, especially when it comes to crowns. Not sure why this place always has customers. Maybe it's only good for teeth cleaning? My aunt had a terrible crowning experience here. She wantes her teeth to look natural, but "Dr." Hoang would not let her pick her own teeth shape. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful to her, because he insulted her. My aunt had to come back after just TWO weeks to get the crown REDONE because it was loose. It broke a year later. Good luck if you come here. read more

If this allow zero star, then I don' t think i'll be the first one to give them that. BE WARN: Don't EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. WORST SERVICE EVER and UNREPUTABLE, the owner/dentist's wife is super rude and they have no skill. My dad came here for a few upper dentures (fake teeth), they somehow messed up with their customizing that he still feel pain after 3 months when chewing soft food. *** How much can you afford? *** Don't you hate it when you go into a dealership and the salesman asks, "How much can you afford a month?" They'll gracefully evade the question of how much the actual price of the vehicle would cost out the door? That's the kind of impression I get from going to ACE Dental. I came here with my parents because they saw this place advertised on TV. We came in for a free screening. The other reviewers weren't wrong about how the dentist goes straight to the highest dollar procedure and omits mentioning any lower dollar options. It was even suggested that we can negotiate a discount if we avoid using their insurance and paid in cash. This is medicine at its finest. Taking advantage of older patients who have a myriad of obstacles in their path. They may have poorer judgement due to age, fixed income due to age, imminent pain due to their current dental condition, etc... We were able to get their teeth worked on elsewhere at a very reasonable cost compared to what this place was offering. One of my big gripes was that they said saving my mother's tooth wasn't possible. Another dentist was able to save it. BTW, if you have elderly family members, keep an eye on them when going to any dentist. Don't let them get conned into pulling out all of their teeth unnecessarily! Crooks come in all shapes and sizes. Don't let the clean lab coat fool you into a false sense of security. Take your time and choose the right dentist for you! As for me, I continued my search elsewhere. Thanks Yelp for providing me the platform to reach out to former patients. :-) read more
