Had an awful experience! Contracted for 3 rooms and job was done in no time! That's because the cleaners never moved any furniture when carpet cleaning, seemed likely.they only went over open areas. My one bedroom is being done over because the cleaners didn't even clean where my deceased cat had had an accident! The owner was the most rude business owner I have ever spoken with. Very poor! Towards the end of the summer I took 4 area rugs in to be cleaned as my crawling grand baby was coming to visit. The two larger rugs came back smelling like dirty dogs and had dirt along the edges. I spoke to the nice woman that works the front desk and she told me to bring them back in and they would clean them again-no charge. I picked them up again, they still smelled. I spoke to the owner. Told him my situation and that I felt the rugs were returned dirtier & smelled worse than when I took them in; his reaction; "that's what they all say". Needless to say I was very disappointed and would definitely not recommend having area rugs cleaned here. I had to replace my rugs. read more

They had $197 special going for less than 10 vents. I called about 5 different places that serve Lansing area. This was the best deal in town. I called and scheduled for the following morning. Two guys came in and cleaned up all dust and sprayed seal for all air ducks and registers. It took about 2 hours. My house is very small, about 700 sqft with 4 vents, and 2 return registers. So, they did not have to make a hole on air ducks and just brought in a long vacuum hose directly from their truck. Before I called, I did some research in YouTube about air duck cleaning. I brought my oriental rugs in for cleaning. They were soiled by our dog and really needed a lot of work. When I picked them up, I was told that they run through the machine twice and pet deodorized until the smell was completely gone and they were clean. Wonderful service, great people! I brought two large area rugs here to be cleaned. No fringe, nothing fancy. Although the price was great, the results were less than satisfactory. One of the rugs had been in our basement when it flooded. I brought it here because it was stiff & had orangeish into from the water that flooded. They managed to get the texture back to that of a rug, but it still has stained areas. But that's not their fault if it was a stain that could not be removed. The second rug had been urinated on by a dog we were fostering. I dropped it off & let them know it needed to be cleaned due to dogs. They didn't call me to let me know when they were finished, so I called a few days later. They checked my name & said they were done. Again, not a huge deal, but a little annoying. I told them I would be in two days later to pick them up on my day off. The next day, they called me to tell me they were finished. I explained I had already called to check the day before & had already told them I'd be in the following day. Finally I went to go pick the rugs up. They gave me the total which seemed reasonable. I mentioned that it was a little lower than I expected & I would definitely come back at those prices. The woman explained that they had forgotten to charge me for deodorizer on one, so if I returned, the price would most likely be about $20 more. I got the rugs in my car & started home. The first one was improved, but still stained as I mentioned earlier. The second didn't even seem as if it had been cleaned. On the way home, i could smell dog from the rugs confined in my vehicle. As soon as I returned home, I called the store. They told me I could bring the rugs back but that I would be charged for the deodorizer as it's usually only used on rugs with urine odor. So, I'm not sure if they forgot to charge me for deodorizer they did use but didn't work or if they didn't charge me because they didn't use it, despite me telling them that was the exact reason we brought the rug in. Both alternative were disappointing. I chose not to return & be charged for something when I wasn't satisfied with my results the first time. The only reason I'm not giving them one star is because everyone was kind through every interaction. But I will definitely not be returning & will advise everyone I know to go somewhere else as well. read more

First of all they were and hour and half late, while they were working their equipment broke down and they left the the cleaner on the floor for an hour which damaged it. They refused to stand behind their work! They claim it was not their fault! Would not recommend this company to anyone ever!
