I've been a member of this bank for years. Way back when it was Robabank. From the moment I walk in…read moreI'm always greated with a smile and my first name. The staff make it very easy for me when I'm there. They all have very good memories because I never need to tell them my long difficult name for my transactions. It's seems they have already got my account pulled up before I get to the counter. Service is super fast. Usually there is no line when I come in, but on days when they're real busy I have noticed that they are very fast and efficient at the same time being very polite and smiling. The staff should all be getting metals or blue ribbons for their customer care. This is the first bank in my life where I actually look forward to their warmth that their smiles and good cheer bring. I'm happy to call them all a friend. Also too, I've had to make some wire transfers which were a considerable amount of money. Before they started the transfer the did background checks on the establishment to make sure everything was on the up and up. There was one time I received a check I was told was good because I was selling my car. When I brought the check to the counter B.J., one of the gals there noticed something funny about the check and brought it to management. They did some searching on my behalf and found out that the bank the check was drawn on never even existed. It was a bogus check. Ultimately, saving me from getting scammed. I owe a lot of thanks to Bre, Shaynee, B.J., Courtney and others for their attention to detail. And for always making me feel welcomed. After my visit with the bank I'm always energized a bit from the smiles and laughs I experienced. The overall experience for me is that I prefer to go in the bank because of them, rather than using the ATM on the side. Again, they all deserve brownies and flowers for the five star service they provide. I only wish other businesses had people like this working for them. They…read morelocked me out of my account so I was unable to use my card all weekend because of the holiday so finally this morning when I called the first time the woman I talked to sounded older "Linda" I believe was absolutely AWFUL to me! So mean! I've never experienced that type of customer service especially at this specific bank where the girls are so sweet! This left me petrified because I'm in Sac and was unable to get there. She had the audacity to tell me this was an "Apple issue" when I couldn't sign on to THEIR banking account and I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe something is going on at home, but that's why you leave those problems at the door when you arrive to work and don't be mean to your customers! Especially the nice ones. Shame on her for that. I called back later and spoke with someone named Danielle who was an ABSOLUTE sweetheart to me and fixed my problem in seconds! It's amazing what kindness can do. She literally saved my life and THAT is who the extra star is for. I would give her 1,000 if I could! Love her so much thank you for helping me girl! They should promote her asap!!! She started to fill out the copy and stopped to say I had to fill out a page that was designated for an SEC rep to fill out. I tried to explain to her I don't fill that part out. Sh called over the manager and he agreed with her. However, She said another teller would come t my house to notarized the copies for a fee. AND I could use the same paperwork????? I let the bank and got a notary to do this and it cost me $90.00 to get my signatures notarized. As a former U.S. Branch Manager I would never have treated a customer the war I was treated. The staff, however, is great.
