Shoutout to Oaklahd Chinatown Branch Manager Howard Lee. Not a big shock in Oakland Chinatown that they their staff would be multi-lingual, their specialty is working with the Asian immigrant communities. The family that runs the Bank has been active in the Oakland business community for decades and has gotten involved in different community groups and charities. They and Met Bank are a true pillar in the community, if you're looking for a smaller bank to put your money in, I'd recommend them.

Minor confusion, however the manager took command and explained they had to call my employer. The actual check was produced by the payroll company APT, not the bank. Fraudulent checks as such. We sat and waited for more than 30 minutes, only to have a young lady and her mom come in after us and got help by the bank employee. One of the employee at the normal window goes to lunch, again just three people. 2 at window (1disable 1 normal window). And I'm guessing someone in the back who didn't give a fuck to even care or help the customers waiting in line. After that lady at the disable window left some man comes in and jumps the line. The disabled ladies behind me should have been next as they waited in line for almost an hour. That man just barely walked in. Got me heated and so upset. That happened with the Hayward/Southland branch and 2 San Leandro branches near Bayfair Mall. Well, i called this branch during my lunch to dispute a double debit to my account....someone answered (hallejuah!) and advised to come in as they needed to verify my identity... fair enough. Walked in about 11am and it was busy! Lines to the tellers and most the reps at the desk (about 4 of them) were assisting customers...fortunately, this location is very efficient and organized...i believe her name is Lucy asked customers what they needed and then directed people to where they needed to go...that got the line quickly moving. Today, i was assisted by Tenzen and i advised her of the issue of 2 debits to my account for the same day, same amount...obviously, an error. Tenzen took the time to call up the branches...be placed on hold numerous times...then transferred to automated systems....placed on hold...and finally got a hold of branches in San Leandro to verify the transactions with their customer services managers and was later directed to another number to file a claim on my behalf. She was very patient, didn't rush me (even though there was a line of people), and was very understanding of the situation...45 minutes later she was able to resolve the issues and i left happy and relieved. All in all, I plan on doing future business with this location as its one of the friendlier and efficient Wells Fargo branches. Thanks!
