I would say, during peak times, they need two people. There was a couple in front of me who were cashing a very large check, and due to the security measures in place, it took over twenty minutes. That's from the time I arrived. Tracy, the employee, was very kind and apologized for the wait several times. She made sure the acknowledgment was constant. It's sad that poor customer service is a more common occurrence. I've never had this happen at another branch.
