By someone that calls himself the owner of the place…read more First of all I been here a few times and service was decent but this time a young man help me out and it was the routine questions and asked me where I was sending the money and I told him the city and the person but he never asked me the account number and he asked for my card which I proved but the transaction was made and I asked him what about the account number and he said it need it to be picked up at the bank but usually I always been ask the account number ( I thought that was going be next ) but he passed that step so I asked him I need it to be done the same way as before since I need the money to be send directly to the account since is the weekend, so I said you need to get your job done correctly, he got upset I noticed, gave me my money back without even asking anything and walked away, so stayed at the window and I was waiting and nothing so I asked the other lady where he went and she said he was busy, he came back very mad telling me to get out of his business since he's the owner, came out of the door threatening me unbelievable! So scary so lady's be careful going to this place by yourself being a women can be very dangerous in this place.

There are no hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing cash from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is decent. They do share the lot with several other establishments. It can be busy, so the lot may get full. If that happens, just park on the street and walk over. No big deal. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, and organized. They definitely have the best rates in town. Whenever I travel, I always go to them to exchange my money. Btw, know your social security when you come here. I forgot mine kinda, and I had to go to the back of the line to figure that out and let others go ahead of me. They will ask for your social if you exchange more than $1,000. Spoke to a "Jennifer" not sure if that was correct because she made sure to turn around her badge I will place her description below for reference Jennifer: Latina 5 feet, brown, with a god awful haircolor and highlights oh and some bangs, anddddd with teeth that look like she's been using meth I came by from my office, to see why they were keeping a client of ours check hostage. Which is not allowed, they also threatened a returning client of theirs that they would call the cops if they gave him back the check. I told him what office I'm from and asked for the check back. She said you need to speak to my manager MELODY I asked what about his check was altered because that's what Jennifer said she said I don't know maybe the ink. I asked both of them what about his check is altered? I asked why didn't you call the number on the check? There is a specific bank number and why would you tell one of your returning clients that has his ID on file that you're gonna call the police on him if they return a check ? Both Melody and Jennifer had different stories as to why it was "altered" After a conversation with Melody, Melody said that I can have the check back so I told Jennifer. Jennifer hands me the check BOTH OF YOU WOMEN can't do your job right Because I still wanna know what about it was altered... Perhaps these snobs on an ego trip were basing it on their clients looks. Remittance regulations clearly state that large remittances exceeding $10,000 require a Social Security number, while small remittances below $10,000 only require an ID card. I am only remitting $2000 to China, a small amount. Yet you are forcing me to hand over my Social Security number and recording my important information (work card) on your computer. You have already received a serious warning and have violated the law. Are these remittance regulations your own choice, or are they Western Union's rules and regulations? You don't even understand basic remittance regulations; how can you still be working here? I don't know why you need my Social Security number. If my identity information is leaked or used for illegal activities, then the investigation will begin with you. We must pursue this to the end!
