This is both in the DIY AND automated bays. Automated does little for the lower doors and rocker panels. No change from driving in. And never gets under the rear spoiler on my SUV. And, to top it off the free auto mat cleaner was broken. I emailed the company on all issues and they did not respond. Expected some reply to acknowledge customer issues. Radio Silence. A shame. Convenient to my route for errands and I like a clean car. Never get one here. UPDATE: Just had a good call from Scrubadub management. Explained Shrewsbury has very bad water they also have a water circulation issue they are trying to fix right now. Both contribute to the poor quality wash I experienced. Will meet me, refund, comp some future washes. Great customer service so raised my rating. Will see how future washes go and consider reviewing again.

When trying to remove them, they turn into long greasy streaks. We then have to use a solvent to take the streaks offf, which removes the car wax that we went to the carwash to have applied in the first place. We have repeatedly complained to the managers. If they even acknowledge the problem, they seem incapable of finding a solution. Hey Ernie, we really shouldn't have to take our car to an auto-detailer to get tarballs removed from the paint after going to your car wash! Ernie's apparently just don't give two hoots.

They have an in-bay automatic touchless wash that works well for my Tesla…read more Teslas don't do well in standard conveyor car washes because you have to drill down through the menu to enable Car Wash Mode. If you make a mistake, it can result in thousands of dollars in damage. Fortunately, Fitzy's in-bay system solves that problem. The car stays parked while the equipment moves around it, and a complete touchless wash takes about five minutes. I do wish they had more than one bay. During busy periods there can be a wait, and it's sometimes hard to find a nearby spot to pull over and dry off the residual water if you want to finish the job properly. Overall, I recommend Fitzy's.

I inspected it after and saw the dent, alerted the young man who worked there. He was very apologetic and acknowledged the situation, but said he just worked there and couldn't do anything. He gave me a number to call. However, I called and it went to a fax machine. I found the number online and it was the same number. The damage isn't severe, but was enough to make me upset. I usually use the self serve and the touchless service, which are far safer. If I do decide to return, I'll use those options and avoid the popular drive through machines. Cheers!

Highest tier DELUXE car wash was $14 which includes an under-carriage wash. My only peeve is once wash is complete, you have to drive through the dryer manually rather then a laser dryer going around the car. But for $14, I can't complain. Good thing about it is they offer 1 minute drying. Overall good experience here so far.

There are other options in the area, including a touch-less car wash, and a few miles away, a more robust Scrub a Dub and Fitzy's. One negative is the dryer at the end of the wash. It's an old style with small rollers, that roll over the top of the car. Newer car washes don't use this, and many car washes today focus on never touching the car. That said, it's convenient, gets the job done and I would return as needed if in the area.
