Daryl was wonderful to work with. He installed four motorized screens on my new patio and took the time to thoroughly explain the different screen options, along with the pros and cons of each. The installation was completed on schedule and exactly as promised. After the installation, Daryl returned to help us adjust the remote settings and make sure everything was working perfectly. He was also very creative in helping us add two screen doors to the side screens, allowing us to easily walk in and out of the patio without having to raise the screens during sunny days. I am especially looking forward to using the screens during the winter months, when they will help keep the patio comfortable and cozy. Daryl is honest, reliable, punctual, and delivers on his promises. I highly recommend him to anyone considering motorized patio screens. read more

Needed help getting a wire replaced to charge our bedroom blinds. They came through for us. Really appreciate the fast service.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service from start to finish with these guys. They came out, gave me a fair and straightforward bid, and took the time to show me all the different materials and style options. No pressure, just helpful advice and clear answers to all my questions. I picked out the ones I liked, they placed the order, and within a few weeks -- if that -- everything was installed and looking perfect. The install crew was professional, efficient, and left the place spotless when they were done. If you're looking for a company that's reliable, professional, and easy to work with, look no further. These are your guys. Highly recommend. read more

Our home in Malibu needed two blinds replaced. No company was willing to help us replace the motors on the blinds except Accurate Shades and Blinds The team expertly replaced the defective motors and everything was up and running smoothly. Their professional service was much appreciated. read more

Accurate Shade & Blind Co did a phenomenal job on the shutters they installed in my home. Daryl was very responsive and helpful with the initial quote and answered all my needs and concerns. His employee came the next day after finalizing the estimate to take measurements and helped with removal of old shutters and put up temporary blinds until the shutters were ready for install. The shutters were made and installed within the next week after coming for initial measurements. The team was beyond professional and did detail oriented work on every window. I absolutely love my shutters and feel they really gave my home the finishing touches I was looking for. read more

Absolutely phenomenal service. Initially worked with LA Custom Blinds but they were not helpful on where to add outlets for the electric shades, failed to deliver the items, and then they charged the balance of the job. Took months and many back and fourths with my credit card company to recoup the loss. Deryl and Accurate Shades and Blind were professional, went above and beyond trying to pull this job together quickly, and delivered an incredible product that we are incredibly happy with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Recently, I had some black out shades made for my bedroom. In my line of work, I often have to work graveyard shifts and thus I sleep at the brightest and hottest times of the day. The blinds I had prior to contacting Accurate Shade & Blind were absolutely awful... They let in ungodly amounts of light and made watching TV annoying due to the glare that I would get. Once I received my shades, my entire world changed. First off, the shades themselves are very high quality and aesthetically pleasing. I got black shades along with black fascia (which covers the housing and mechanism to raise and lower the shades). My room is now extremely dark and also much cooler than it used to be during hot days. I really was blown away with the difference they made. They fit my windows perfectly and the only question I find myself asking is, "why didn't I do this sooner?" I would highly recommend the company and will undoubtedly use them again if and when I move. Two thumbs up! read more

My fiancé and I recently purchased a new home and were in desperate need of some blinds. We were referred to Daryl and our experience couldn't have been any better. We don't live locally, so Daryl was extremely accommodating and sent us samples and photos of our options and even helped me pick out the color that would match best with the colors in our home. The place next door has lots of outdoor lighting, so we also ended up ordering some blackout shades for a few of our bedroom windows and I couldn't be happier that we did. What a difference they make... Daryl even drove all the way down to San Diego to do the installation! Not only did we get great quality, but we got it at a great price! The blinds look amazing and you can tell they are built to last. I would highly recommend Accurate Shade & Blind. Friendly, efficient, and great quality! read more

We've used this company twice now. In our first place and now our brand new home. Their blackout shades are amazing! We decided to not get blackouts in the new place but their other shades/blinds are just as good! I love the simplicity of them and how great they look at the same time! It really pulls the whole room together. They will not disappoint!! read more

This company was recommended by a friend. I used them about two years ago to install motorized shades in my home. They were very reasonable in price and the shade turned out beautiful and are still working without any problems. I recently contacted them for an estimate for vertical blinds on a large window and sliding door for a rental property I own. Bruce came at the appointed time and brought a great number of samples -- all high quality. After getting his estimate, I decided to contact a nationally advertised company, Budget Blinds for an estimate. Budget Blinds' estimate was nearly twice as high as the estimate I received from Accurate Shade; so needless to say, I ordered my blinds from Accurate. They used a local So Cal manufacturer so I had my blinds within 10 days of placing my order. The installer was pleasant and efficient and the blinds look fabulous. The moral of the story is -- just because a company has "Budget" in their corporate title does not mean they will be the most cost effective option. read more

I called Accurate Shade & Blind to have 4 motorized Roman shades installed in my stairwell and I was more than pleased with their work. My dog has bad anxiety when it comes to strange noises, so they used a new quiet battery motor so that it would not disturb my dog. The instal was very quick and they left the area cleaner than it was before. I would recommend Accurate Shade to any of my friends and I can't wait to use them on future projects. read more

He's a thief. Plain and simple. We ordered shades from him, one of which was delivered broken from the factory. Bruce and his son came to look at it. They said they would try and fix it. They took it to their office and brought it back spit rigged. When I complained, Bruce said he would fix it. That was 9 months ago. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Everything short of the dog ate my office. RUN THE OTHER WAY. HE'S A THIEF. read more
