After weeks of delays I decided to drive from Los Angeles to their Mission Valley location in San Diego to resolve the matter in person. When I arrived I was told I still needed additional documents. The only positive part of this experience was working with Tron at the Mission Valley branch. He went above and beyond, even staying after his shift ended to help me complete everything. He was empathetic, efficient, and made sure I left with the situation resolved.
