When I arrived home, I again found a comprehensive report as to his findings and treatment. I was pleased to find that any bugs he found were either dead or slow moving. I breathed a sigh of relief. Again, he answered all my questions early in the day, before he got to work. He told me not to have the furniture steam cleaned for at least 30 days to allow the chemicals to work properly. I had bought a mattress encasement, but he told me not to put it on for another 30 days. I cannot tell you how very happy I have been with Rose's performance on my behalf. I feel like I have my home back again. Best $600 I've ever spent! If you ever have a bedbug problem, call them.

Elijah set some traps walked around house stuffed steel wool up some vinyl siding corner caps and came back 30 days later and check traps and had caught a grey squirrel and a couple mice. The noise did go away (I suspect because nesting season was over) .Elijah did reset traps and came back 30 days later. There were no more critters. Month or so later the noise was back and so we're critters I called and Rose wanted another 465.00 to come out but did say they would send someone out at 5 or 5:30 in couple days to look for free. Problem I have is I paid 465.00 to have a problem taken care of and was told it was OK. But once Elijah caught it left it at that he found a problem but never fixed the cause. Should have realized 1 the habits of the squirrel ( they nest couple times a year early summer and late summer) so the squirrel left but are back. He never found the access point of entry. What he had done with steel would not of ever made it possible for the squirrel to enter hell everywhere it put it deadheaded at soffit. So I basically got ripped off for 465.00 because they were not capable of doing the job and not willing to admit it.​

Technician came out and basically looked around and said there wasnt really anything he could do except fog the air to try and remove the smell.(this would be a extra $75.00 though and couldnt be done on the same trip.) I then called another "non professional" out and he amazingly found the dead possums and removed them in about 7-10 minutes. I called critter control and let them know this and the fact that I felt the $200.00 they charge for a "site visit" was extreme as their professional worker could not find something it took a handyman 10 minutes to find and remove. I asked that they discount the trip and I was still willing to pay $100.00 in a gesture of good faith. They proceeded to tell me i told their technician not to look in certain places and thats why he didnt find the smell.(not true) Finally, they ended up discounting the trip charge to $150.00 as I threatened to post the story to social media(which i am doing anyways due to their rudeness, inability to do their job, and the fact they called me a liar. If you can find another company I would suggest you do. Understand that their $200.00 trip charge doesnt really get you anything more than a guy in their uniform who looks around. I give them 2 stars and not 1 because I assume they are actually competent in many aspects of their business, but customer service is not one of them.

The job requires climbing a ladder, removing 2-3 bird nests, and putting a screen on the back to prevent it happening in the future. I'm thinking maybe $200. They came back with a quote for $1,315!!
