After getting a claim together with the other person's insurance, I had the chance to pick any body shop I wanted but saw they had a list of "preferred shops" in Miami. Testarosa was one of them. To make things move quicker, I went with them. I dropped off my car and Betty at the front desk inspected my car. I pointed out some minor scuffs and paint chips I wanted them to take care of in addition to the crash repair (I would pay). They worked with the insurance to get a supplement and I got my car within a week. Betty would call me every couple of days to keep me informed and I got the car earlier than she had estimated! They took care of what they could in regards to the extra work I asked them to do at no charge. Oh, and on top of it all, their dog is named Enzo to go with the Ferrari theme in the name!

Stanley Auto Repair Corp (new ownership as of late December 2024) is NOT the same shop that used to…read morebe here (MTA with Mark and Juan) I brought in my Dodge Charger for a front end replacement and shifter repair. After a week, I got the car back but now the shifter could move freely without the key in the ignition or my foot on the brake. That's a safety issue. On top of that, they returned my car with new scratches on the trunk and rear passenger side. When I brought the shifter issue back to them, I was met with attitude: "Oh, you don't like it? You want it back the way it was?" No, I want it to work correctly. Getting answers required my husband to call multiple times and eventually show up in person. Only then did the owner reveal that a used part had been installed from a Chrysler 300 without my knowledge or consent. The Charger and 300 share a platform but are not identical. The car was finally fixed after three weeks, but not without my $200+ Mopar shifter getting scuffed in the process. Tldr: Three weeks, little communication, a used cross-vehicle part installed without consent, damage to my car, and a dismissive owner.
