Brian and Erin were very prompt, professional, and helpful over the phone. They were able to…read moreschedule service quickly (getting CAT-6 ethernet drops to some tricky locations in our home). The service was better than expected, including last-minute tracks to cover some wires and even wiring the devices up directly so everything was connected and working as expected. Being in Eugene they did charge for the travel time, but it was well worth it as I haven't been able to find any local companies who do this service.

This review is for the way Brian and company handled our inquiry, not for their service which we…read morehave not used. Brian dropped the ball, wasted our time, and showed no follow through. The details: I phoned Brian to review the details of our project with him. I was impressed that he was local and experienced in the security camera business for over 10 years. We exchanged contact info. While reviewing the project with him on the phone, he sounded very enthusiastic. I promised to forward a copy of the project requirements document for his review and he promised to get back to me quickly after he received the document. I emailed the document to the address he provided and another copy to the address listed on his website. That initial phone contact was the last communication we received from him. I tried following up by email twice and left a voice message, but received no response. It's now four days later. All Wired Up wasted our time and ignored our communication, which is not cool. A quick phone call, email or text saying "project no fit" or "family emergency" or "gone fishing" would have helped his reputation and saved us time. Hope this review helps others.

I was getting invoiced for "monitoring" before the cameras were even installed. Once installed, one of the three cameras lasted two weeks and went dead. I gave the camera back to them for replacement and now I get no response from them. Despite what you're told up front from Mario, you'll get nothing. It is a scam organization. And drilling through a tricky place in a floor to run a controller at ground level. The person who took the estimate nailed everything down to a T, including all aspects of the installation. Unfortunately, out of the team of three, the person doing the actual drilling upstairs did a lot of unnecessary drilling! Other than that it went very smooth. I had some problems with the fan wobbling and Kaylor Electric came out and fixed it. If the person drilling would have done what the estimator told me he would do (drilling 1 hole/ not 6) I'd given them 5 starts. I'll LIKELY SEEK THEIR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.
