    Ordered a washer for delivery, paid $780 for delivery and product. Was scheduled for 4/14/2025. No…read moreone contacted me to let me know that they are coming or anything the whole day. So I start calling Home Depot and all its 800 numbers at 1:30 pm to find out what's going on. It is now 6:59 pm and I'm still puzzled at what happened? I've been on hold for hours!! And they're telling me that they have to reschedule the delivery because they can't find my washer! Fantastic!!!! You promise a delivery date and then say whoops we lost your washer!! Can't deliver until the 18th. What kind of a business does that???? It's very frustrating that I've been on the phone since 1:30 spoke to 'mangers' and I'm still baffled that I don't have my washer..this is completely ridiculous!! Manager Haley was completely useless...extremely disappointed! This is the email I got from Home Depot!! Wow they want to give me $29 for my inconvenience!!! That's so generous of you!! 5 hours of being on the phone my whole day being ruined because of this delivery and you're waving the delivery fee of $29!! That's wonderful, so generous and thoughtful! And I still have a pile of laundry!!! I have kids! They need clothes! That's why I bought the washer!! Does any of this make sense??? I can't believe the offer was to wave the delivery fee!! BrandsMart prices seems to be way more affordable. Sales staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely I will go back. Gift card from this store would make a nice gift for someone. Basically, the "stove" guys came today and the "microwave" guys will call me to schedule another delivery within the next 24 hours. Would've been helpful to KNOW THAT IN ADVANCE since I was excited about having a new microwave since I will have a guest at my house this weekend. I even mentioned this to the salespeople and told them I wasn't availability for delivery on Friday and Saturday because I had plans (with aforementioned house guest). So now I'll have to wait until probably the end of next week to have another free 4 hours to sit and wait for the microwave delivery and installation guys to show up. Very inconvenient. I could've made alternative plans with my schedule next week had I known about needing two delivery dates instead of one. SMH. ----------- Great selection. Wonderful prices.     I was referred to this service site by Frigeadair Warrenty as my new dryer was not working…read moreproperly. David Farrow stated that he would come out to my house between 1pm and 4pm. He rudely stated that he'd call when on his way and I better answer or he'd cancel the appt. I called his office at 4:30pm and left a message asking wherre he was. At 6:45pm he finally calls stating that he was tied up doing other things as he volunteers at a local misson but he'd get to me around 9:00pm or so. Totally unsatisfactory I said come tomorrow morning. He said he'd be there between 0900 and noon. I told him I'f already been waiting since 1pm. His attitude was too bad..I was busy. He finally showed up the following morning. Looked at the dryer, did a test and stated that the problem wasn't with the dryer but in the 240 volt line coming out of the wall..he tested it and there was only 120 volt coming out so he left. I called an electrician( to the tune of $150.00) who tested the circuit, fuse box and load. Nothing was wrong...Seems this repair tech can't tell the difference between a heavy duty 240 volt line and a lamp cord. When I called to complain he hung up on me... DO NOT USE THIS INDIVIDUAL IF YOU HAVE A WARRENTY REPAIR FROM FRIDGEADAIRE or FOR ANY OTHER REASON!!!

    This company has been called in to look at my Whirlpool fridge twice thanks to my warranty. First…read moreguy was late basically told me I was full of it, even though my freezer was at 15 degrees not 0 and there were obvious problem with items that were not completely frozen. All he did was check the temp and tell me to clear any dog hair from under the fridge. Second guy came out and actually did some real work. Apparently the back was covered in ice due to a known problem with the Whirlpool evaporator valve. He said he'd order the parts and get back to me the next week. I still haven't heard from him. Lowe's called em to follow up and offered to call the company. I allowed it and was told the parts were on order. Been about 3 or 4 weeks since that guy came out and still nothing. No answer the first time I called. No one called me back after I left a message. As of today, Lowe's is sending out a new company to do the work. Beyond useless, do not use them.
