This was a negative course with this instructor. I think he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I was there only 2 hours. The other people taking the training that day mentioned that the instructor had a reputation of failing people just so they could take the course again. I felt like I was in boot camp with the sarcastic remarks and raising his voice. Just went with another business. read more

I am not one to write reviews or comment on a business, positively or negatively. I felt I needed to comment on the experience I had with Razmik in a CCW class. Not only did he teach me to handle my gun properly but he also spent the time to help me shoot my gun more effectively. He went the "extra mile" helping his students. Razmik does not take for granted his responsibility as a teacher/instructor/range master. He is practices tough-love with his students for their own good. He makes sure everyone is safe and enjoys their experience shooting. He gave me some great pointers to make me better (something he did not have to do). We did all the required paperwork and qualifying at his private range in Lincoln. He is patient and goes at your pace. Very safety conscious and still made it interesting. I usually don't write reviews but was compelled to share our experience during yesterday's AFT class. My girlfriend and I took a private Basic Handgun Level I class from Raz as we're both novices (me more than her). Raz who is highly skilled was great and drilled the importance of safety and awareness in a way we'll never forget every time we handle a firearm (and never end up in a situation like AB... Raz will know what I'm referring to). He also tailored the training to our needs and input while being very thorough in answering questions making the all day session interesting and fun. We both improved to a level of feeling much more confident and very pleased with the improvement by the end of the session. I have to say Raz worked with my petite soft spoken girlfriend and helped her to another level as she was hitting the targets with amazing accuracy to a point that even Raz was quite impressed. Speaks to Raz's ability to effectively teach/quickly identify strengths and weaknesses all individuals of all levels. Moreover, I brought my Dad's 1916 Luger which hadn't been fired since WWII and Raz took the time to inspect and service it so we could safely shoot it. That made the class so much more memorable to experience discharging a pistol that was over 100 years old! We spent about 9 hours on the range but it flew by. We can't wait to take the next training from Raz to further improve upon our pistol marksmanship. read more

I recently took a private all-day lesson with Mik, as I was an absolute beginner and had almost no experience with guns. Mik took me very carefully and patiently through the process of 1st talking about all the major safety points of dealing with guns, then handling models of guns, then handling real guns unloaded, and then finally firing a shot, and then multiple shots. I began mostly afraid of guns and, because of Mik's excellent care and teaching, I finished the day being a lot more comfortable than when I started. I even was able to hit multiple bull's eyes. Anybody out there who is looking for an excellent teacher, I highly recommend Mik. He will not disappoint. read more

I highly recommend this company. I have an injured right hand, so I wanted to learn how to safely handle & shoot a handgun one handed with my weak hand.
