Our son was initially a very nervous driver, but Andrew quickly put him at ease and steadily built his confidence. Our son always looked forward to his lessons with Andrew. After each lesson, we would receive an email linked to their portal with a detailed report card on what was covered during the lesson, how our son performed, and what areas he needed to focus on. The instructor was impatient, dismissive, and spent more time criticizing than actually teaching. Instead of explaining mistakes calmly, they made sarcastic comments and created a stressful environment that made it harder to learn. That's the exact opposite of what a new driver needs. The owner wasn't any better -- defensive, disrespectful, and unwilling to take responsibility for anything. Customer service is basically nonexistent. Once they have your money, they stop caring. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. There are plenty of driving schools that actually value their students and know how to teach professionally.

He arrived on time, took time to talk to my husband, son and me before each lesson to find out what my son needed to work on. After each lesson, he aslo took time to go over our son's results. My son passed the test!!! He said Charles was a much better instructor, because he knew what the DMV drive test evaluators were looking for and what errors students made that caused them to fail. Both of my daughters had him as their instructor, and both passed their drivers test the first time. Yes, he does take the time to talk to them and explain to them, not driving 100% of the time. But that is absolutely necessary. He quizzes them on questions they may be asked, is sure that they know where essential parts of their car are located, and provides Youtube videos that they can watch on their own time. With our first daughter, we went along for one of the lessons, and learned a lot ourselves. My younger daughter, who is very judgemental, says that she really learned a lot from Chuck, and has no problem commenting on and criticizing driving habits that I have picked up over time when I am driving. Usually prefaced by "Chuck said that you should...." He has his own hybrid car but did the lessons with my 19 year old daughter in the car that she was going to be driving for her drivers test and thereafter (which was our choice). If possible, he will take your child on an anticipated route that they will have for their drivers test to give them an idea of what they might expect. Please consider Accredited Driving School for your child's driver education.

Well after not being able to drive for 3 years after my brain surgery i decided to give driving a shot with the "driving program" at a local hospital which turned out to be a SCAM because the "therapist" never even took me behind the wheel after a 6 month program (BEFORE THE DRIVE TEST). So at the time my parents helped me find this place , a place that would work with someone with a disability and it just so happened to turn out that Jim Gleason pulls up and we had a little reunion with my parents after literally not seeing Jim since I was like 17! I am 40 now. Anyway point here is that Jim is SO patient and motivating and more than that he's understanding . Just wanted to boast about this man because this is the 2nd time in a span of around 23 years that he helped me regain my freedom , confidence , a job and because of him I am able to drive to work church or where ever I need to be! Your experience will depend on which instructor was assigned to you. My relative had two different instructors, very different from each other. Soleiman had a nice modern car, but his heart was not in teaching the driver but more of criticizing him all the time. His attitude, I've been told, was as if this job was a side gig to him. Not passionate about teaching, and seems to not be passionate about driving in general. My relative then switched instructors to Mayela. Mayela's car was a tad outdated and kinda dirty on the inside. The good: Business owner Dee, I've been told, is a lovely woman to have a chat with. She is certainly someone who is passionate about teaching, and I'm certain most of her employees are the same. Mayela definitely was someone who shares the passion as well. Kind, patient, understanding. TLDR: Don't waste your time and money on taking driving classes with Soleiman.
