My daughter and I had the best experience with Instructor Bob…read more He was super flexible and responsive to scheduling the first session. We were in a bit of a rush because my daughter had her driving test scheduled in two weeks. He was so accommodating to our busy schedule and we were able to fit all the sessions in prior to her test. He was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire experience. He would send reminder texts, let us know when he arrived, and be responsive to my questions. My daughter truly enjoyed her driving time with him too. She said he was very instructive and taught her certain things that she hadn't heard before like how to merge into a freeway, and the best way to parallel park. I highly, highly recommend Driving Instructor Bob! Especially since I've used another company that was not nearly as good.

I waited to learn how to drive because I used to live in a city where I took public transportation instead. Anyways, The lady on the phone was nice and helpful when I called. You need a learner's permit to sign up for a lesson (you get it when you pass the written test ). When the driving lesson came, I was a bit nervous. My teacher, who is named Susan, was also really helpful, but she also had some bad habits like getting into conversations with me while I was driving, laughing at me, and just making unnecessary comments in general. The car has a break on the passenger side. There is no "student driver" display on the car either, only on the car doors, which don't seem visible to other drivers. I will not use their services again. If you are over 18, study the rules of the road handbook very hard and then take the written test. You will also pay a fee(check how much) and get your driver's license photo taken that day. If you have little or no driving experience, pick up the parent-teen training guide, because tips on maneuvering a car are in the book, this is hands down the most helpful. But true experience comes from just driving, so get out there. Start at the mall parking lot, then neighborhood streets, then city streets.

I went with AAA because of their reputation…read more However, 1star is for problem with AAA scheduling system where you can only have 2 appointments at a time and if you're only available on weekend you'd be lucky if you can schedule driving lesson once a month. And with a cancellation days before lesson and lack of prioritization for cancelled schedule, you're looking at driving 1 hour lesson in 2 month period which is what my son is experiencing. If there's another cancellation it'll be 3 months since last lesson. At this rate it may take a year to complete a driving lesson. If you're available during weekdays, you'd probably be fine. If you're not I wouldn't recommend it unless you don't mind 1 month between driving lessons. I'm trying to get a refund.

I called Accredited Driving School and asked for an instructor to help my son on the weekend prior to his test. This was a last minute call and Charles was able to fit us into our schedule. He arrived on time, took time to talk to my husband, son and me before each lesson to find out what my son needed to work on. After each lesson, he aslo took time to go over our son's results. My son passed the test!!! He said Charles was a much better instructor, because he knew what the DMV drive test evaluators were looking for and what errors students made that caused them to fail. I would recommend Accredited Driving School over the other schools in the area, which we found to not put in the extra time or have flexible schedules.

CRAZY STORY... I couldn't recommend this place enough or more specifically Jim Gleason. You see in…read more2014 I had an AVM brain rupture and am considered mentally disabled . Well after not being able to drive for 3 years after my brain surgery i decided to give driving a shot with the "driving program" at a local hospital which turned out to be a SCAM because the "therapist" never even took me behind the wheel after a 6 month program (BEFORE THE DRIVE TEST). So at the time my parents helped me find this place , a place that would work with someone with a disability and it just so happened to turn out that Jim Gleason pulls up and we had a little reunion with my parents after literally not seeing Jim since I was like 17! I am 40 now. Anyway point here is that Jim is SO patient and motivating and more than that he's understanding . Just wanted to boast about this man because this is the 2nd time in a span of around 23 years that he helped me regain my freedom , confidence , a job and because of him I am able to drive to work church or where ever I need to be! THANK YOU JIM I'll never forget you. I came on here 9 YEARS later because someone on the SM community page is asking for recommendations for a good driving school and so I had to show some love. Your experience will depend on which instructor was assigned to you. My relative had two different instructors, very different from each other. Soleiman had a nice modern car, but his heart was not in teaching the driver but more of criticizing him all the time. His attitude, I've been told, was as if this job was a side gig to him. Not passionate about teaching, and seems to not be passionate about driving in general. My relative then switched instructors to Mayela. Mayela's car was a tad outdated and kinda dirty on the inside. The good: Business owner Dee, I've been told, is a lovely woman to have a chat with. She is certainly someone who is passionate about teaching, and I'm certain most of her employees are the same. Mayela definitely was someone who shares the passion as well. Kind, patient, understanding. TLDR: Don't waste your time and money on taking driving classes with Soleiman.
