I had an audit done on my tax returns a year ago and Shane was able to handle the Federal and State audit easily. I didn't have to pay either entities in the end. The personnel (CPAs, staff accountants, and secretary) are very nice and welcoming when first entering the office. I always felt comfortable speaking with Shane regarding my taxes. Parking is sometimes difficult to find, but if parking is an issue Cynthia will go out of her way to help you find a parking spot. Overall, this is a CPA firm that will always have my trust and business.

He shared his knowledge with me & I've learned alot in the entire process. I had SO many questions and Matt didn't mind at all repeating the same answers to me. Communication was done over phone, emails, & texts. But I felt comfortable because he didn't make me feel uneducated to this new process for our family & most of all didn't rush me in our conversations to "get off the phone". We had a deadline to meet with our own tax preparer that couldn't extend a second time for our appointment and Matt worked to make our trust tax filing a priority to get it completed for our personal tax filing preparer. You can tell when speaking with Matt he will take the time to listen to you, educate you, & will always answer all of your questions. Service and quality both outstanding and worth the money to go with this business. Our family THANKS you Matt!

Before going to them, we learned we lost out on several deductions and tax credits. Especially if you're a small business owner, do not do your taxes yourself.... You're not saving that way. Tax laws change constantly, so you need professionals, who care about your successes. There's a team at CS Accounting and they always give you the best service, at the most economical cost.... No matter how busy they are, they still call to remind you about upcoming tax or payroll deadlines.... We honestly wouldn't still be in business today, which we'll make nearly 20 years, if it weren't for Stephen and Matt and the team. And more importantly, we wouldn't have the financial peace of mind. That is priceless.

Dan was recommended to my father by one of the staff at a local bank, as my dad was looking for a new CPA since severing ties with his former financial advisor. At the time, Dan's office (if memory serves correctly) was located closer to Lagoon Drive and was slightly difficult to find according to my father. Now, over 10 years later, our family continues its business relationship with Dan Kikuyama and staff thanks to their wonderful customer service and reliable tax / financial knowledge. LOCATION / PARKING: The current office is on the 2nd floor of a building in Mapunapuna. LIMITED parking is available in a parking deck across the building, as the customer parking is shared with other businesses located in the very same building. Street parking also available, though the area is saturated with other businesses and warehouses. Truth be told, we only visit the office during tax season, but our visits are always welcoming and pleasant. Ironically, we mostly interact with Dan's staff/associates during our visits or over the phone. Two staff members in particular, Christine and Marlene, have shown exemplary customer service and are always willing and ready to help address any questions we may have. Most recently, Dan and staff assisted our family with cashing out an annuity that was held with a mainland company. Christine advised us the state and federal taxes to be withheld, how to appropriately respond/file the paperwork, as well as preparing the tax forms when it was time to file with the IRS. Our family was extremely THANKFUL for all their help and assistance with this matter. BOTTOM LINE: Knowledgeable, friendly, and polite staff. We hope to continue our relationship with this firm in the months and years ahead.
