He is probably the worst tax man. I've ever heard of in my life. He was not helpful in any way he was rude throughout the whole process. Made my girlfriend go home the night of her scheduled appointment without finishing preparing her taxes and had her come back the next day and then he was rude. The next day and continued to be sarcastic and snotty as if he's better than the customer, he's not helpful at the least. If I were you and you were thinking of going to the h and R block in overland I would go to another location altogether, we even\n Tried to talk to the man and he was even more rude and would not help in any way and lied. And said he originally offered her the rapid loan option, and then turned around and said he never said anything about it. And I caught him on it and tried to tell him you just said you did and he denied it.So he's very unprofessional , in my opinion and unwilling to be helpful in any way as far as I can see. If not for the fact that I have to leave at least one star to post this review, they would get no stars if I could minus a stars, I would definitely give them a 3, but since I have to leave it at least 1 star, it's unwilling that I have to I've doing it.Against my will just to leave the post

Turns out that he filed incorrectly and we actually had to pay the irs the amount that he said he could save us. The office manager Brenda Rhone was not helpful. Our options were to take a refund and fix the problem ourselves or just pay the additional amount and not receive a refund. I understand that people make mistakes, but is NOT ok when a business takes your money and refuses to fix the mistake!

(I had emailed a couple places and this is the only one that actually returned my email) I scheduled a time and I think a week out to meet with them. When I arrived, I met with Nichole Thousand and we discussed my current situation and what she needed to take over my taxes and help me with other financial needs. I must say that I was very impressed and that she has made the transition very simple and easy and I feel full confidence in her services. Everyone I have met there has been extremely helpful and polite. If anyone still needs to get their taxes done, or needs advise for their business this is definitely a phone call you need make.
