It was a horrible experience, and no one on the team seemed to know what they were doing. Updates via email were non-informative; just the same contact information, agent photos and legal disclaimers. Then the icing on the cake was getting their demand for sensitive identity information and ID photocopies only hours before close. They had me over a barrel and I could either submit the information over unsecured email or risk being in breach of contract. I understand statutory requirements, but nothing explains why this required info was demanded at the 11th hour, or why it wasn't provided with the rest of the documents. My close was at risk, I couldn't sleep, and the sad thing is that it all could have been avoided if Rainier just did their job. Feel free to use these guys if you like drama and surprises. For me, I will write into my future deals not to use Rainier to handle title.

I left a less than desirable review here in yelp and immediately Ryan began contacting me through Yelp. Then Ryan started calling me out like where's your email etc?? I have my own stuff going on and don't have time for their business communication management. I simply told him that I did not care to litigate this online and there was no point as we found a better firm that answers a phone, returns emails promptly etc. But clearly their mgmt of communication is a problem. Then later a fellow named Jim started into this. After that yelp removed my review for derogatory nature which was unfortunate. So clearly after asking me on the Yelp app where is your email? Was solved by Jim who subsequently sent my wife ( the manager of one of our properties) by a different name than mine and left it at that stating he could not help us at this time! I completely understand this as I don't want to do business with poisonous people either. But I gave them multiple opportunities to provide service and care but not a priority for them . The bottom line here is that this is a firm that does not have a staffed office, does not respond in real time to viable business requests, and wants to argue over their communication shortcomings with reviewers which I have no respect for. I've tried multiple times by phone to work this out with them even after I judged them as not being worthy to deal with. Do your due diligence before hiring this firm or whoever operates and works at it.

Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company.
