(I.E. the posters or paintings, or my cheap chairs.) 10/10 I would recommend trying this place out. Unfortunately, that changed when I received an item that was too large for my space and couldn't be used. I reached out to my sales associate, who had always been quick to respond whenever I was making a purchase. However, once I needed to process a return, communication suddenly became very slow. It took over a week to get a response. When they finally did respond (over a week later), they refused the return because the box was ripped. The item was extremely heavy, so the only way to remove it was by opening and tearing the box. Apparently, they expect customers to unpack a heavy fixture and somehow keep the box in perfect condition. That is completely unrealistic. The manager, Derrick, was dismissive and came across as though he couldn't care less. His response genuinely shocked me. He basically said, "Well, if you can't use it, then buy another one." There was no apology, no attempt to find a solution, and no appreciation for the fact that I had already spent thousands of dollars there. That level of customer service was incredibly disappointing. One thing I wish I had known beforehand is that this is not a corporate Kohler store. It is a KOHLER Signature Store independently owned and operated by Hajoca, an authorized Kohler retailer. That means it is not bound by the same customer service or return policies you might expect from a corporate owned store. Save yourself the headache and buy from a retailer like Costco or Home Depot instead. Their customer service and return policies are far more customer friendly. When you're spending thousands of dollars on a remodel, you deserve a company that stands behind its customers, not one that tells you to just buy another product when something doesn't work out.

After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath.
