If you call, Becky will answer the phone his wife. Even when they are extremely busy, make an appointment and they are always happy to get you in. They aren't open on Fridays which I know can be frustrating but everyone needs a day off so I see their point especially since there aren't multiple people working here. I've had 3 Volvo's and Scott has worked on every single one. Whether I have a strange noise or just need a certain fluid topped off, Scott has always helped me out. Scott is one of the few mechanics that are straight up honest with you rather than telling you things you don't need done to your car for some outrageous price. I view this couple not only as mechanics but as friends since you can't help to not get to know them once working with them. They're fair, honest, and trustworthy. My husband needed tons of work done to his car - he was taking it to the Chevy dealership but the costs were outrageous. I suggested he take it here and they were able to do everything and more for still a fraction of what it would be at the dealership. I've sent numerous friends here even just for oil changes and they've been pleased. It's very far and few in between that you find great people like this in the car business but I assure you these people are! I adore them not only as mechanics but as who they are as people also.

I want to start out by saying I was a long time customer at M&B Auto. I believed they had good…read moreservice and ownership, referred the company to multiple people and spent thousands of dollars at the establishment. I was on a first name basis with both of the owners. I truly believed I had established a great relationship. That being said, my last visit there proved to be the end of our professional rapport. I had previously brought my vehicle in to get a few repairs done. These repairs were not fixed so I took the vehicle back in to be addressed. In fact, more work needed to be done due to things that were broken in the attempt to repair the issues the first time. Accidents happen in the car industry, no big deal right? Wrong. The day I dropped my vehicle off seemed normal but as the end if the work day came around I got a phone call. The co-owner said the mechanic (the other co-owner) refuses to work on my vehicle now and in the future. The entire day had gone by and no work had been done. Needless to say I was flabbergasted. After a long, frustrating phone call I found that there was no good reason for this. They insisted they repaired all previous problems, that I insulted their establishment and that they no longer wanted my business. Essentially, this proved to have been the most unprofessional matter that I have come across in my life. I felt like this was right out of a show involving a Kardashian, random and unnecessary drama. All I needed was to have my car fixed in a timely manner, as simple as that. My 2 cents is this- at first I overlooked the small things; dirty hand prints throughout my car, a non-existent time frame for getting my car back, sometimes things not repaired correctly and at times rude customer service- because I thought I had found a rare and mostly reliable car shop. DO NOT make my same mistake. Please reconsider using this garage. They are not trust worthy, not timely and not professional.
