I would have given 20 stars for the service and quality. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the price of this painless efficient and professional service. I met them and in less than 1/2 hour they were completed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend as Walter and his helper did an excellent job to fulfill my needs. I was left stranded with no vehicle for 2 days. Walter said he would come same day. He was a no show. After avoiding my calls and messages for 2 days, I went with a different company. I would highly recommend avoiding this company if you expect reliable services. His prices are high as well. AVOID THIS COMPANY! read more

The owner Walter was there really fast even on a saterday and was able to get me a new set on keys on my 2012 ram. He made sure everything work before he left and was even able to cut me a new set of keys for my canopy. I would use him again if i need to. I strongly recommende accessible lock & key. read more

I hope that when others call they get an answer. I got a reply 9 hours later by email when it says a response in 10 minutes. My cars still locked my battery's dead. Almost 11 hours later I'm still trying to find a locksmith and it's not a holiday or long weekend. read more

It was a Sunday night at 10:00 p.m. We could not get into our condo as something was wrong with the lock. We tried calling several locksmiths in the phone book who said they were open 24 hrs. They were not. We googled locksmiths and came up with Accessible Lock & Key Ltd. We called and he promptly answered, Walter was there within 15 minutes. Even though it took some time to drill out the lock and replace it, the job was completed and we were very happy. So if you are ever trying to find a locksmith late at night - don't waste your time calling the other ones - call Walter at Accessible Lock & Key Ltd. read more
