Total Rip Off!! Told me the call out fee was $49, which is great. Then proceeded to charge me $186 for 20 seconds of work drilling out a lock. I must be in the wrong profession if they can charge that much money for so little work. I will never use them again and will make sure to tell all my family and friends how much of a rip off this company is. read more

Called yesterday to see if they'd be able to resurrect my broken mail key. I asked how long it would taken and the guy said hmmm 35 seconds. Then for 2 keys to be made he said hmmm 25 seconds I was impressed! Came in today around 3pm and literally took all of one minute to re build my broken key and duplicate it :) Really nice guy there he even put it back on my keychain to avoid ruining my nails :P read more

How they make a go of it in Red Deer when there business ethics are so out to lunch is questionable. We had huge issues with the quality of work done so phoned the owner (Kevin) to let him know about it, he would rather argue with his clients than do the right thing and do a few small adjustments ! and then to add insult to injury he hung up on my wife who is the most calm polite individual ever. To say the least I'm disappointed in this two bit company, steer clear and avoid the aggravation. Yelp will erase this review for some crazy reason which is unfortunate because people need to hear the truth before getting had by this company read more

Terrible. Charged me 60.00 to tell me they couldn't do anything with my house lock. When they stated they would have charged 80.00 to pick the lock. Not at all happy. read more

I called at 3:30 pm on Halloween 2014 (a Friday afternoon) as someone had just broken into my rental unit with a master key! My tenants were concerned (as they should be) and so I wanted the locks changed that day so they wouldn't have to sleep there with a compromised lock. I spoke with the owner, Kevin, and he made sure that the keys were changed that day, even though it was late in the day and people needed to get home for Halloween. These guys went above and beyond and really showed some "old fashioned' customer service. They now have a customer for life. read more
