Don't do it. Weve been fighting to get our laminate flooring they screwed up from day one ! Dragon…read moreinstalled it and layed it down wrong to begin with, when we moved in we noticed the flooring was all separating, I'd say close 2" gaps in some areas. We phoned him and he came out to look at it. Upon inspection (which one look you could see it was total garbage) he said he'd phone back and tell us what they could do. Waited weeks with no call from him so finally I called and asked what's going on, he sounded annoyed that I even called, almost like the problem should have magically disappeared .... He said he'd call me back again. Three weeks later he leaves me a message that he'd like the laminate distributor to look at it so I agree and schedule a time. Keep in mind this is months and months later, so we've lived with this crap job tripping over cracks in the floor and sliding on malfunctioned flooring ! When dragon and the distributor arrive I take them around the house and point out all the flaws and what is exactly happening they all shake there heads yes and take pics etc. looked promising to me. Five weeks with no phone call like dragon agreed to call us with a follow up. I leave him a message after I slide on a loose piece of laminate and fall against my curio cabinet causin a crack in the wood panel. He calls back a few days later leaving a brief message with no detail saying they in fact cannot do anything ?! Wow now I'm pissed, laminate flooring with a 25 year warranty that is clearly flawed and installed wrong and every one is telling me sorry not our problem. At any rate I've tried now for over a year to get in touch with this horrific business to resolve this in a friendly fashion and they don't want to cooperate ? I don't understand how companies can get away with this ? Please be warned to not shop there ! A completly brutal experience to say the least.

Florkowsky's was hired to bring my kitchen design to fruition. I initially met with Jason…read moreFlorkowsky who came out to the condo to take measurements, and continued to work directly with him throughout the process. My must haves were semi gloss lacquer upper cabinets and continuous horizontal grain walnut base cabinets to go over my freshly laid polished porcelain Calacatta marble floor tiles. Florkowsky's was hired approximately Feb 30/15. They removed the old kitchen cabinets and built and installed brand new cabinets and I had a fully functional kitchen with exactly what I had asked for by May 6/15. Overall the timeframe to completion was a bit long however I can't fault Florkowsky's entirely for that. What is more important to me is the overall outcome of my kitchen and I must say I am in LUV! Here are a couple of examples of what this company will do to ensure the client is happy: 1) I could not decide on the finish/ how much gloss I wanted on the upper cabinetry. I finally decided on 25 %, the upper cabinets were all installed and when I saw them I didn't like the finish, it was too matte. The installers removed all the doors, took them back to the shop, resprayed them with 40% and reinstalled them. 2) ordered multiple sheets of walnut veneer until I found the "ones" 3) I picked out all the cabinet hardware, it was ordered and delivered and then I changed my mind. I found some other cabinet hardware online that I preferred and Jason got it for me! Would I recommend this company? Yes, in a heartbeat! Combine all of the above with quality materials and craftsmanship and impeccable attention to detail, it's a win win and what you will get if you hire Florkowsky's. This is a company that truly cares about the customer. I thought I was picky but Florkowsky's installers exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. I love my kitchen so much, if I could... I would marry it, lol! Many thanks to Florkowsky's Woodworking & Cabinets, and special thanks to Jason : ) Sincerely ML
