The singing telegram also comes with a bouquet of lovely hand-made balloon flowers. JO JO has clowned for 15+ years. He does birthday parties, festivals, business openings, and business parties. He makes many different balloon creations, from balloon animals to swords to super heroes & princesses to super duper hats! At parties he specializes in balloon twisting, and can add a funny action song, magic, children parades with instruments and hats, or games.
