The singing telegram also comes with a bouquet of lovely hand-made balloon flowers. JO JO has clowned for 15+ years. He does birthday parties, festivals, business openings, and business parties. He makes many different balloon creations, from balloon animals to swords to super heroes & princesses to super duper hats! The communication was very prompt and friendly; however, the hats I received had a different color logo. I was told they did not have the approved color that our trade marked logo utilizes, but was not told that up front for either order. They were very understanding and prompt and offered to send reprinted logo stickers to apply myself; however, would be at my expense for expedited shipping. This would not have been so bothersome had I not already experienced this type of service the first time around, which I had considered a one-off. The staff is so friendly, but when working with multi-million dollar capital projects and donors there isn't room for anything but perfection.
