And very little socialization took place upon visiting. Perhaps they all like to keep to themselves? But, the place looks very pristine and clean. Only 2-3 staff members were there upon visiting. The med tech was not there for me to answer any questions but someone is supposed to be on staff all the time?? So, a minus for that. Oh and they had one more person doing activities. As for care: they do all the residents laundry and dispense medications. According to the brochure, they provide different types of care depending on the person's needs. At first glance, it would seem that you would need to be semi-independent to live there with minimal assistance like food and med management but more assistance would cost more. They have nice regular closets and full baths that are ADA making it feel like home. So, if you are considering sending your loved one here... I would pop in and out a few more times just to be sure and bring your loved one with you.
