We bought a HUD home and there was a lot of paperwork, and Lori was very knowledgeable in the rules for buying a HUD home.... such as black ink wouldn't be accepted on the HUD forms. Lori walked us through the HUD maze with so much patience. Lori went above and beyond in order for us to get this house. We live 3 hours away from our new home and it was hard to get there to sign the paperwork. Lori met us half way, after work, in order to sign the initial paperwork.
