She was also very proactive and is a true leader, which personally I find to be a pretty rare thing. Usually I'm the one that has to guide people on how I want things done, but she had suggestions and ideas that I hadn't even thought of that turned out to be extremely valuable both monetarily and efficiency wise to the entire transaction. She actually made me money in this sale by using intelligent leverage that was a win-win for both buyer and seller. I have a fair amount of experience selling properties, so I was impressed by this. She's a true professional and knows her stuff very very well. I'm happy I chose Alice as my realtor because choosing the right realtor can be a real make or break situation. In the future I will definitely have her as my realtor every time for any real estate transaction.

I wish there was a way to give her 6 stars - she did an excellent job with both transactions. We weren't very easy clients in regards to finding a house - we already had one we liked but wanted to upgrade to something better and we had a very narrow view of what would make us happy. So: We learned that Alice is helpful, knowledgeable, and very, very, very patient. We got to the point where we were about to gave up finding a house we like, and so we decided to build a house. When an unscrupulous builder ruined that plan, Alice pulled another miracle out of her hat the found us a house of a type and in a location we hadn't considered. We settled on a house and were in escrow. Now, this was amazing: While we were in escrow Alice called us and told us that a vacant lot (that we had previously wanted but at the time could not get) was going to become available. This call put Alice at risk of losing a lot of commission on us because the lot was, of course, a fraction of the price of the house we were in escrow with. And it meant she had to start all over again. But she did it. So: We learned that Alice is extraordinarily honest and truly concerned with making us happy homeowners. Selling our old house went quickly and smoothly and we got more money for it than anybody else has in our old neighborhood has since. We've been in our wonderful new house for several months now - and we still thank Alice for her part in making it happen. We will use Alice again.

My last move was from Florida to Chico, CA. to be closer to family. I rented until I was more situated to a new city. Both my children went to Chico State, so I wasn't totally unfamiliar. I always loved Chico charm. My daughter recommended Megan Haimbaugh to be my Realtor since she did such an awesome job for them. I found Megan at an Open House she was hosting and introduced myself. I had a 6-month lease so I let her know I was just getting familiar with neighborhoods, etc. and what I was looking for. It would be IDEAL, I told her, if I could live close to my daughter's family. Lo and behold! Megan sent me to look at a new listing, just getting on the market that day because she said it was perfect for me. It was earlier than I was thinking, but interest rates were rising and I didn't want to lose this opportunity. It was the right price, the right size, the best yard ever and only 4 blocks from my family! Megan is terrific. She is always looking out for me, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and is so easy to work with. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.
