A+ Experience with David Bronson! If you're looking for a…read moremortgage broker who goes above and beyond, look no further than David. From the very first meeting, I was impressed by his friendly demeanor and his genuine interest in what we were trying to accomplish with buying our home. David is incredibly patient. He took the time to explain every step of the mortgage process in a way that was easy to understand, and he never hesitated to answer my (admittedly numerous) questions. He made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. But what truly sets David apart is his determination. He wasn't just happy to find me any mortgage - he was committed to finding the absolute best rate and terms for my specific situation. He tirelessly negotiated with the multiple contractors that we had to involve in the type of loan we were trying to get on my behalf, and in the end, he secured the loan with a lower interest rate and helped me avoid the massive increase in loan interest rates of what we experience today. I can't recommend David highly enough. He's a true asset to anyone going through the homebuying process.

I can not believe that this happend after telling Joshua why I was refinancing my home. I do not recommend Banc Home Loans to anyone.

Backed by C2 Financial, a versatile and reputable brokerage, I have the flexibility to shop the market and find what truly fits your goals, not just a rate sheet. What sets me apart is education, it's actually where I started. I went to college to become a teacher, and while my path led me into mortgages instead, that instinct never left me. We don't just review loan figures together; we talk through your full financial picture and how a mortgage fits into it, so you understand the "why" behind every decision. When you submit an offer, I personally contact the listing agent because I've built a reputation that when I say a buyer is approved, it holds up. Outside of work, this community is where I live, too. I'm heavily involved in youth sports, serve as the PA announcer for the local football team, sit on the board of a non-profit and volunteer as an auctioneer for several area charities.
