I, trying to show Im a person that will work with them said sure. Then a day later they called to change the time of said appointment AGAINI said sure. The day of my appointment I was running 4-6 minutes behind then I saw the building at the same time I received a call how far away I was I then reiterated I'm kn your parking lot parking the lady ate desk told me to hold on. When the receptionist came back she informed me that they had to cancel my appointment. Remember the day They initially canceled I had to cancel a showing of a house I'm selling. So I lost a possible sale, a 3 to 6 minute run around and no appointment AT ALL. THAT WAS UN PROFESSIONAL AND UN-CONCERNED WITH MY things to do. I felt if I was kind enough and they NEVER even consdidered my needs and a NEW customer they could have handled the patient needs just as I was patient to their needs. This Review is for people that are in pain and in need of Physical Therapy I'm Recommending that…read morethey go to Beck Physical Therapy because I went there myself for my back and neck pain so I know first hand how the Staff of Beck Physical Therapy does their jobs and how they treat the people that they are working with. If you have been in any kind of accident or had surgery for whatever reason go to Beck you won't be SORRY that you went. The first time that you go you will have to fill out paperwork and then you will be evaluated and then they will come up with what you will have to do with a staff member helping you with the Physical Therapy right for you sometimes they will have you lifting very small weights and doing arm exercises for an amount of time. Then you would switch to a stationary bike to do exercises for your legs for another amount of time. Then you would be doing exercises with a ball bending and lifting with your feet with the ball also for an amount of time. then depending you would either get either heat or ice to wherever your pain is and also for another amount of time it definitely is a workout on the road to recovery. I never received any text/call other than when they cancelled my first appt on the 13 th of March and have been unable to reach them . That and the rudeness and lack of empathy for my situation I would never use this place . Called another place called access who were more than helpful and got me a appt in a week.
