He was very knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing and why. He showed me the difference between cheap material and what he uses for his jobs. His team arrived and took care of reworking my AC returns and other vents. They also took care of ductwork issues from a prior HVAC company that installed the AC unit. I paid a mandatory dispatch fee, but received no actual service--not even a basic diagnostic. Once on-site, the electrician quoted $358 just to check what needed troubleshooting, plus $200 per unit to replace standard smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Because the prices were exorbitant, I declined the work, leaving me out the dispatch fee for literally zero results. Save your money and think twice before booking with them.
