He was so helpful and came by to look at my place with another realtor Robert Roman. I couldn't believe how open & helpful they both were. Both Doug & Robert are from this area, they know this market like nobody else. What made them different is they knew this area was about to explode, real estate speaking. Doug marketed my condo at a price I couldn't have imagined and it sold! That's not every situation - but it was mine, and he made sure I didn't leave money on the table. Both Doug & Robert were extreme professionals while still making me feel like one of the Olde Towne family. They even waited for repair people for me!!! Honestly, I've sold a lot of properties, but never had a better experience than this one. I can't think of a single negative. You won't regret using this team!!

Nadine guided us through an unusual purchase (though she would say that every real estate transaction is unusual...) and never lost patience. You'd expect a real estate professional to be knowledgeable about Boston's neighborhoods, and Nadine truly is. Beyond that, a few things really set her apart from the rest: 1. She has an intimate knowledge of buildings old and new-- she sees beyond cosmetics, she will inform you about hidden costs, and she's able to give sound, practical advice about what a property needs, what could be done with it, and what the work is likely to cost. 2. Her experience providing broker price opinions for banks gives her more insight about the market than other agents. 3. She listens. Anyone who has worked with an agent who doesn't listen (and there are a lot of them) will know how valuable this is.

He came and picked us up to show us a few houses over the course of an afternoon. By the end of the afternoon, I told my fiance this was the guy I wanted to use. He's an honest dealer, the type of guy with a firm handshake who looks you in the eyes when he meets you. I'm sure he had other clients, but I wouldn't have known. We would call with questions (sometimes very stupid ones), probably more often than the norm, and he'd always politely answer our questions. My fiance and I also have weird schedules so showings were often all over the place, but he worked with us and was very accommodating. One thing to note, too, I have a pet peeve when people refuse to say "I don't know" and instead BS an answer rather than admit not knowing something. Ryan doesn't do this. If he did not know the answer to a question (rare anyways, this is a smart guy who does his homework), he'd apologize, look up the information, and immediately get back to us. I really liked that. Anyways, highest recommendation for Ryan Conachen. I've recommended him to friends and coworkers who've also praised him. Do yourself a favor and hire an honest, good guy to help you find your house.

Although we are parents of two small children, he INSISTED that our appointment be on Sunday morning at 10am. After struggling to get two small children up and across town for the showing of the apartment and arriving promptly at 9:55 am, We were shocked to see that Jonathan STILL hadn't arrived. We waited, and waited (with our 1 year old and 4 year old)... and around 10:15am he texted my husband stating that he was on his way... with a follow up message asking us not to leave. When Jonathan DID arrive (at 10:30am) he rushed us through the viewing of the apartment!!!! All because he had another appointment scheduled for 11am that he simply couldn't risk being late for! After being rushed out of the apartment, because he had to "lock up" before his next showing, we forwarded our applications to his email. My husband texted him inquiring about the applications we submitted to WHICH HE ACTUALLY REPLIED: "You and your wife's credit are still very bad. However, your co-signers credit is excellent." Who actually says that to a client?! Not to discredit any other realtors at At Home Boston, but I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional real estate agent in my life.
