I did receive a refund for my unused portions of the package I paid for. I enrolled as a complete beginner and made that very clear from the start. Instead of receiving patient instruction, I experienced an instructor (Michael) who became frustrated with beginner mistakes and raised his voice during lessons. It was also extremely fast paced for a 20 lesson full package deal. On my third day I was being taught a 3 point turn and parallel parking when I was not comfortable turning onto roads and being centered on roads. There were also communication and scheduling issues. On one occasion, I arrived for what I believed was my scheduled lesson, only to find out the time had been changed without any phone call, email, or text notification. Despite the instructor being available, I spent approximately 40 minutes sitting in the vehicle while he stopped at McDonald's and handled personal matters rather than conducting the lesson. During multiple lessons, the instructor took lengthy personal phone calls while I was in the car, including highly personal conversations that contained inappropriate language. As a student learning to drive for the first time, I expected my instructor's full attention and professionalism, not distractions and personal matters. What ultimately made me decide to leave was being told after only three lessons that my remaining lessons and road test had been canceled because I was allegedly "too nervous." I had attended every lesson, was eager to learn, and had only just begun driving. Although I was offered another instructor, by that point I had lost confidence in the school's professionalism and chose to seek instruction elsewhere. Additionally, while waiting for one of my lessons, I overheard another student discussing a negative experience he had with an instructor named Frank. Under normal circumstances I would not place much weight on another student's experience alone. However, after everything I had personally experienced, hearing another student express similar frustrations further reduced my confidence in the school as a whole. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this driving school.

I recently got into an accident that shook me up and so I signed up for lessons again to build my confidence back up and he made me feel better after just one lesson and didn't try to scam me into taking more. He's also really professional and diligent. He's always on time or slightly early for lessons, he never loses his cool, he prompt to respond to scheduling requests, and he makes sure you're comfortable on the road. He genuinely cares about who he's teaching and making sure they know what they're doing and he will doesn't care for instructors who don't feel the same way. Five lessons with 5hr class , road test appointment and use of their car for road test. An hour before the first lesson , Moses called my son and told him he was running behind and my son should meet him at the driving school. My son has a learners permit and cannot drive unless he is with a license driver. How was he supposed to get to the driving school? The bus? pay a Uber to come to the driving school for a lesson ! Secondly , he taught my son basic driving skills , no pointers on parallel parking or any useful tips for passing. Lastly, he is bad at returning calls, to this day, we are waiting for him to call is back to schedule the road test. The receptionist is nice , she tries to help. Her instructor, Steve, was absolutely wonderful, patient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. We had a small hiccup along the way, but the receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) handled it quickly and resolved everything in no time.
