Whenever I have a problem she is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The biggest compliment is that when my son went out on his own, he took insurance with Susan, making three generations to have been insured with her. Frustrated was the word I'd have used last month when they told me I was behind on my payments by…read moremultiple months, but apparently their app has issues according to the person I had spoken with when I explained that it continued to show I was all caught up! So I paid the amount in full, only to see the following month that my insurance was still double what it should be. I reached out and recieved a call back from a woman who immediately went into the entire "Well, due to inflation..." speech. We've all heard that. Thank you. I know how inflation works, but that doesn't explain my insurance going up by DOUBLE! Then she said it was because of my car being a Hyundai. I'm aware it would make my insurance change because of the security feature warnings on Kia/Hyundai cars, but that's still outrageous. I've never been an in accident, I've never had so much as a ticket. I am being quoted under 100 a month by every other insurance company in the market for the same policy. Oh, and I was never told my insurance changed. The woman said they had sent a notice back in July about it to an address in Batavia that I've never even lived at? Lovely. A real let down. I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone. I've been so patient the past few months with all the issues going on, and I assumed it was something I had missed on my end. Now I'm certain I'm just being ripped off.
