Erie is rated A+ on AM Best -- but they don't have the big advertising budget of other insurances and they only insure in 11 states. So, if you, like me, need an insurance genius to help you figure out your insurance, John is your person! I have to say that if I had apples to apples my insurance, I would have saved $900 but I still saved $400, while adding a ton of extra cool riders to my home & auto and adding the umbrella policy. Either, they don't call you back, they give you different quotes, they don't apply the payment to the correct policies and don't seem to know their own policies and how to do business.
