When I was shopping for market place insurance I found many agents from big name companies have fudged the truth and in some cases flat out lied. I literally almost gave up hope but Maggie was there every step of the way and made me feel confident. The one thing I love about Maggie she is very knowledgeable and looks after your interest not hers. Other agents I was turned off to the fact they were high pressure and didn't seem too interested in spending too much time. Upon finally agreeing upon the contract with the dealership, I noticed it was hours past Brians's office hours (on a Saturday). Feeling dejected we couldn't walk out with the car, I emailed him with the expectation of him responding on the following Monday. Within 30 minutes, he got me setup with a new car policy, a rate, and I was able to walk out with the car. A little about my background: I moved to Illinois back in 2010 after accepting a job offer. Fast forward to 2020, he's been my agent through my first car purchase, my engagement ring coverage, my dog insurance, my first home purchase, and now my wife's car purchase.
