Chris is our insurance agent. He mentioned that his agency doesn't discriminate against pitbull…read moredogs, so I figured that he could take a look at our insurance and review our needs. When we first bought insurance, the pitbull issue was our main concern as we owned three of them. Today, the insurance coverage we have is cheaper! Chris was able to craft a better insurance plan for our vehicles, home, and was able to add umbrella coverage to our property. We are all busy, but Chris did a great job following-up with me to get the documents for him to do his job and make proper insurance recommendations to us. Again, we received more coverage and our monthly rate is lower than before we signed on with Chris. 10/10 I recommend the Chris Bailey Farmers Insurance Agency to you for your insurance (auto & home) needs. I know that Chris handles, issues, and writes insurance for distressed properties, commercial entities, special events, and much more.

My dislike for the process only increased after a frustrating experience with another agent who was both incompetent and impatient in attempting to explain the details of his quotes, and seemed only to be interested in making a quick buck. I then found Andy online, and thought, "well, at least it can't get any worse..." Fortunately, not only did it NOT get worse, but it got much, much better! Speaking with Andy was a huge relief, and a breath of fresh air after my previous, negative experience. Andy truly knows his stuff, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the knowledge you need to make educated decisions. I am the type of person who wants to understand every detail of what I'm paying for, and Andy answered all my questions with clarity and infinite patience. If he didn't know something, he made a note and got back to me later. He will spend as much time as it takes to ensure your satisfaction, no matter how small your policies may be. Andy makes sure you are adequately covered, and recommends additional coverages to consider without putting on the hard sell. If you want something, he will make it happen, but if you tell him you're not interested, he "gets it" and moves on--no pressure, ever. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone.

We have been with Todd Markman's Wilmette office for many years which attests to our satisfaction with this company. The staff are efficient and courteous and Sally has been our go to person for information and advice - she has always been a pleasure to talk with. When we discovered that our vehicle has been stolen. We were already under a great deal of stress due to a family medical condition which eventually caused the claims process to last much longer than expected. Sally was our rock from start to finish, she could not have been kinder or more helpful. When she first heard about our situation, she immediately filed the claim for us and contacted the rental car company. During the process she reviewed our policy with us, guided us through the paper work and answered our emails promptly, all the time giving us emotional support, In the final stage, she spoke with the first claims adjuster on our behalf, then conference called with us and the total loss claims adjuster. The whole experience felt like a marathon, and we were very thankful for her proactivity. Sometimes it was hard to realize that we weren't the only ones she was assisting. I think that people in this profession need a rare talent in order to deal with both the practical and emotional needs of those experiencing loss, We were fortunate, working with Sally Kwan was like having a trusted friend on our side.
