Bonding started to detach from brick due to thin, 1.3mm, application and water intrusion from poor reconstruction of chimney cap. Industry standard ASTM C887 states properly applied bonding application has a life span of 15-20 yrs. This application failed at 6 years. The rating of 1 star is generous. Should be -2.

LL Flooring is quick to give quotes and take your money, but be prepared to expect some combination of radio silence, gas lighting, and playing the blame game hard when their 3rd party installers damage your home and do below average work. Three months later I am left with defective vinyl throughout my home, slopes in my floors, molding coming off throughout the home, and many instances of property damage. Zero bit of this has been resolved. I hope this review helps someone make a better vendor and contracting decision than I did.
