This guy half listened and responds "no problem". I emailed him that afternoon to ask him about the resolution of the photo and how it looked, he tells me (on email, in writing) "it its good" and that I need to fill out the invoice (pay his bill) and he will ship. The next day I call....after he has my money he tells me the photo is NOT printed, it will take AT LEAST 4 days to complete the order before he ships, etc. And a complete wise ass about it as well. This guys customer service and overall approach was complete trash. It is not hard to do much better for this type of service.

My proofs were printed wrong twice, however, Chris from Customer Service helped me get timely electronic proofs on the phone so I don't miss my printing deadline even though it wasn't necessarily their procedure. The products came out great, and the pick up location opened late, which was really helpful for us as we had to travel up from another state after work on a Friday. Their website maintenance definitely needs some help as sometimes things do not update as fast as the changes that are made, and the display of bills may not be the same as your bill if you had any billing adjustments. Customer service can help adjust everything if needed. They frequently offer deals and discounts online too, just another +. Definitely would do business with PsPrint again!

I requested a quote to have it fixed. They said there has been a change of ownership at the company and they don't have any records of my original order. I sent them the info I had. Again, no response for weeks. I have emailed and called with no response. They must have caller ID because now they just hang up when i call. Needless to say, the company has become extremely unprofessional and obviously it is not the same company I dealt with before. The one guy who I spoke to on the phone said I needed to talk to the boss who was out visiting a client. I still haven't heard back. Now I need to find another company to fix their installation. Probably if you're a big company they will prioritize your business but if you're a repeat customer or small order, do not expect to be treated professionally. A shame really.
