They said it's up to me to go to the post office. When you leave a package with someone, THEY ARE IN CHARGE, not who they send it to. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THEIR LACK OF FOLLOW-UP. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS UPS AGAIN. DON'T TRUST THEM.

I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50. Alphagraphics was a better price, and definitely a better and more personal customer experience. The final product was sharp, sturdy, and beautiful - a really clean print. From initial request to project completion, Alpha had the whole thing done in about 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any print job, personal or professional.
