The quality control here is non-existent. We have to re-do as much of it as we can - it'll cost a ton of money and be a huge time sink. An absolute nightmare

We've recommended them to all of our friends, and wouldn't hesitate to do the same for anyone who has a project to do. They're the so responsive, reasonable, fair, and easy to work with. And the work they do is very high quality. Jon and his crew are great at keeping costs within budget and are great at finding solutions to the problem that come up with any project. The first one we worked with them on was a bathroom remodel that we started with a different contractor, but had to change up about a quarter of the way in. Jon rescued the remodel and delivered on our vision within timeline and on budget. They even went back and fixed some issues created by the old contractor without adding to our bid. They also did two amazing custom solutions to accommodate our special requests. And the whole project turned out amazing. The second project was a custom metal fence. The Current Trend crew again did excellent work making the vision we had come through, even though it all had to be fabricated and built from scratch. If you need something done to improve your home, Jon is the best person we've found to work with. He's a great communicator, problem solver, so trustworthy, and just a really good guy. You can't really go wrong reaching out to him and the Current Trend crew.

Sales Process: we feel like the going through the process of planning our remodel and picking out…read morestyles was great. Kim was very patient with our indecisiveness and gave us great suggestions. This helped make something stressful for us easier. Final result: our project is nearly complete and we are very happy with how things look. We, like most people, had the typical remodel hiccups along the way. We were able to iron those problems out in the end. Communication: the only point or dissatisfaction for us was the level of communication, updates, and follow through from Kim. We had to rely on Donnie for that. We appreciate all the work he put in for us to solve crazy problems we had. Update: A couple more concerns came up related to communication. We will say that we are overall very happy with the finished changes on our home, but it is such a nightmare communicating with this company. Here are a few examples: 1) We asked for an update on our loan 2 weeks ago. We haven't heard back until today (the project is now finished) and the loan details do not match what we talked about. 2) We had scheduled to do the final touches on our bathroom 2 days ago. No one showed up. No one called. We had to reach out to reschedule. I wouldn't consider us unreasonable people. We know things happen. All we would want is for someone to call and say, "Hey, we can't make it today. I'm sorry." Closing Update: We did receive a final wrap-up call from Donnie, and he was very pleasant and reasonable to speak to and work with. We feel like they are going to make an honest effort to use the feedback we have given them to improve. Additionally, we spoke to Heather today in their office to work through some finance questions, and she was awesome to work with. We are very very happy with the quality of work that was done and how everything looks. The reason we deducted a star was because of the communication piece.

So from start to finish this process took 5 months (though arguably I'd say it still isn't done). The communication was terrible from the get-go. For example "Hi Taylor, this is XXX with Whitewater. Your installer will arrive tomorrow between 2:00-5:00" So, at 5:20 I text them " Hi XXX. No one every showed up.... Can we get an update". They respond the next day how they are sorry they had left the office and asked if the installer ever got there. They did, but it was well after 6:00. They never called to say they would be late, no update, nothing. They don't care about or value your time. One day they just showed up un-announced, and we had dates moved because of conflicts that came up the day before. It was terrible. The first installation (yes, you read that right, it was so bad they had to come back and do it again) we had massive gaps between panels (over a quarter of an inch), poorly printed panels (white coming through because the print caught and split during creation), cuts that didn't fit and left spaces. It was incredibly amateur. They didn't bring enough material to finish wrapping the window so they had to come back. The man who came back was appalled at the first job and said "I'm going to redo it. We need to cover the gap between the panels, this was printed poorly, etc." He called it out. He was embarrassed by their work. So he comes back and redoes it. Now I'm looking at his work, and it's still absolute garbage. The whole top edge isn't sealed, meaning we could easily get water behind there and have incredible damage. They didn't even finish fully wrapping the top. There are gaps between the wall and the shower walls where I can fit my whole pinky. Part of me wants them to come back and fix their shit, but I'm so done with them that I'm going to hire someone else who is actually qualified and will do the job right the first time. We have 2 more bathrooms that need to be redone and we will certainly not be calling Whitewater. I really hope this encourages others to do the same. They don't deserve your business.

PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE! We ordered window August 15th 2026 and was enticed into using the Synchrony…read moreFinancial interest free 12 months credit card. Look out this is where is all begins. We took this card out and ordered our windows $33,000, and was promised by Lowes that a building permit application was ordered to Salt Lake City and it would be ready to install within 45days. That was the first lie. So any logical thinking customer would think that means install would begin sometime in September but no latter than October 2026. We started making our payment to the credit card however. When nothing happened expect to be called my Lowes customer service to continually tell me that they building permit had been ordered and they were waiting for its release from SLC. So when nothing seemed to be happening, I contacted my cousin who works at SLC audit department and she called me back to explain that my permit had not even been sent in yet. I then reported this to my sells person an in my next review I will disclose his name. He got ahold of my installer and then agreed that was correct because they were very busy to get us on the install list. Needless to say I finally got the permit pulled and our windows were suppose to be installed November 18, 2025. It was to take 3 days. I found this surprising too, that when the windows finally arrived one window was ordered incorrectly, one window came without a screen, and not of them came with the complete insulation plugs. Also we were promised the window would be trimmed on the inside of the home and that was not disclosed to us clearly. The trim on the inside is a thin plastic, not a wood trim. We had to pay our installer additional money for that to be done properly. Poor Poor Poor on Lowes. Now more of my disappointment! One of the windows didn't have all the proper mechanics to it, so if you opened it it would not say open. the window without a screen. We started talking to Lowes customer service about this in December 2025. I continued to make at least 10 additional calls in customer service through January 2026. All these calls I had to start from the beginning with my order number, my installers name, who I was when the project started. Then I was promised to get the reordered window and the screen and to hell with the insulation plugs at this point. I eventually had to call Jelwins direct the window company and they wanted to simply send the mechanical workings of the window instead of sending a new window for the one that didn't work. I also had to call the 4 times to get this resolved. Not to my surprise I finally got the parts to repair the window that would not work and would't you know it. Lowes send me the replacement window anyway. This didn't happen until February 15th 2027. Please remember we are still making the credit card payments, with our our windows being completed 7 months into the simple 3 day project. Not the worst part of all. We kept payment more than the owned amount on the monthly credit card. So July 2026 comes around and we are ready to pay off the balance of this credit card $20,000. But no Synchrony Financial didn't charge us the interest retro on our August statement 12 months interest free they put the finance charge on our July 2026 statement and it was $9,000 interest. I paid them the balance of this contact amount. and I have continued to make additional payments because they will not stop this credit card and give us back the interest.
