I'm updating this review due to the fact that I now feel I'm being harassed as well as threatened which doesn't phase me but I ask myself what kind of "business" conducts manner is that way? Just stay away.. 8 months ago I had a issue, I reached out to them no reply and no response just left on "seen" the company decided to reply after the heat they received for destroying a brand new CTSV, belonging to Turk. The company then made a comment regarding my review saying how they apologize and so on.. now I'm guessing 8 months later (into a new year) the company ARS feels bothered or bored.. reason being I'm currently at work making money to provide for my loved ones yet ARS sent me a disturbing Private Message which I'll attach. Why 8 months bother me, looking for a response obviously you weren't worth the response and still aren't. I won't even read the bs you'll reply to this. I just had to let it be known. I been watching accelerated page for almost 2 years I seen camaros upgrades headers cams an putting on supercharges , e85 and munch more things . Keep in mind those two years I was also watching other shops around my area because I was planing to upgrade my headers n tune on my camaro. I have a ZL1 1LE that a local tuner has had for 3 weeks attempting to do an E85 tune (unsuccessfully). I happen across ARS on some forums and thought I'll give it a shot knowing most tuners I know don't answer the phone or take a long time to return calls. I expected to get the cold shouldered or VM. I had been having hot start issue with my Z06 ever since being tuned by CMS down in Murrietta. I had called and spoken to their guy about bringing the car back and he said "swell". What he didn't mention was they were going to shut their doors and would be out of business by the time I got there! Panicking now I hopped on the computer and after some research found ARS. I called them and spoke with Triana who patiently listened to my sob story then told me not to worry they would be happy to look at the car. I brought it in a few days later and met Brandon. He seemed very knowledgeable and sincere so I left the car with them to sort out the hot start problem and also install an E85 fuel kit. When I picked up the car Brandon said he thought he had solved the starting problem by backing off the advance a bit. I am happy to say that a month later the car is working just fine and pulls hard on that "corn"!! I am extremely pleased with the quality of service and personal care that Brandon and Triana gave me! They are my new "go-to" folks and I highly recommend them...:) read more
