Mark was awesome. He has a quick response time for a quote and reached out ahead of time the day of the service and was able to come earlier than my scheduled time, which was super convenient. He kept me in the loop the whole time and showed up ready to work. I have pets and there was a lot of hair in the car, but he managed to get it all out -- I was seriously impressed. The car looks so clean now, it's like a totally different ride. What really stood out was how accommodating he was, even while working in the crazy summer heat. This was amazing! I thought I was stuck with using a detail service at my office (a little convenient but very expensive). I thought I would try a different company and was EXTREMELY surprised. The process for scheduling was easy, they came to my house, and Mark was so diligent in how he works. I literally, and I mean LITERALLY, had a neighbor out walking their dog and commented that " the car looked brand new " (it's a 2019 Infiniti). I do have a pet peeve regarding windows with streaks, and even without mentioning it, all of the glass was perfect. I mean, WOW! FIRST OF ALL, HES MOBILE! Blessed to have found Mark here on Yelp. I got the FULL REVIVAL package (full detail interior/exterior) on my SUV. What first drew me to his company was just the few messages we exchanged through Yelp. Messages were Very detailed, which I appreciate, on what the service would be, as Id rather get straight to the point. After A few messages, I booked an appointment and then I found out he comes to you! So, We exchanged numbers through Yelp and the appointment was confirmed. Fast forward to the day of, he was there at the time of appointment and he got started very quickly. I felt so bad bc I then realized my vehicle was a train wreck. With 3 kids, I already felt bad for Mark bc I realized he was in for it. (So sorry again for that Mark) but he was awesome! He texted me during the appointment to update me here and there on how it's going, how it'll take longer than the time he offered (Again, my vehicle was horrible). He even showed me how it was looking halfway through, believe me, I was already beyond satisfied seeing my vehicle. I've never seen my car look this beautiful since it was first bought. But more importantly, & let me emphasize, this is no issue it all, it took longer to complete, not only bc my vehicle was a mess, but Mark truly takes pride in what he does. No shortcuts or half ass work done. I was given the special opening price, but halfway through I realized, I'm paying him the full price, otherwise, I'd feel I was severely underpaying him. Overall, Mark: super friendly and awesome at what he does, also, HES MOBILE!! Gas prices suck people, book with him!! The service: fricken amazing, I looooove how shiny and clean my car is. Mark was fantastic, he responds quickly, and is available on short notice. I have to keep my car clean for my job at a Realtor and Revive Detailing has become my go to. He comes to me while I'm working from home, and by the time I'm ready to meet with clients my car looks like it's brand new.
