STOLE MY COOLER!…read more Find someone else. This guys cleaning is subpar. Recently hired him to detail two of my vehicles. On one, He made my windshield dirtier than it was originally leaving it with smudges so bad I had to pullover to clean it before even leaving the neighborhood. On the other he couldn't even bother to vacuum under or between the seats. It was a hot day so I brought the guys out water, ice, and put it in my cooler for them. They put it in their truck. I immediately called them to let them know and promised hed drop it off next day and stopped answering my calls or texts. Last night he called me drunk 5 times from 2-4am and left me a voicemail cursing me out and saying he was coming by my home at that time. Stay away from this guy. He's a criminal pretending to be a businessman.

It's an old truck, and believe me, it looked like an 18-year old vehicle until today! These guys are completely LEGIT, experts in their field, and did a mind-blowing job on this old FJ Cruiser. Words can't express how impressed we are with the professional job they did detailing our vehicle. The tires, wheels, floor mats, console, steering wheel, upholstery, and windows...you name it and it looks brand-spankin' new, except the paint on the hood. Do yourself a huge favor and call Elite Detailz to get that feel-good feeling when you're driving your vehicle. They will not disappoint!

After calling several times over the course of a month trying to get them to answer and fix the problems they caused I have given up trying to work with them and filed a police report for the items they took from my car and damaged caused to my property. I wanted to share my recent experience and echo the many positive reviews here to share a recent…read morefantastic experience with Brian and Detail Werkz. Detail Werkz provided a paint prep and ceramic coating install for me in December of 2018. Although my first experience using a coating, I was really pleased with the results and appreciated the guidance from Brian and subsequent install. The coating helps keep the car cleaner and makes cleaning a very simple procedure. It's quite a sight to see how the water beads off the thing when air drying the car. Last weekend I discovered the car had been extensively sprayed, accidentally by water with an chemical. Regular cleaning failed to remove the residue. I texted Brian shortly thereafter and got a swift response, making a plan to bring it by the workshop the next day, even though he wasn't technically open. Upon seeing the issues, Brian was able to remove the resulting damage. Give the extent of the issue we decided it best for Brian to keep the car for a day to reinstate the ceramic coating where it had been compromised. The car was ready and looking better than as ever as planned on the Monday of this unfolding on a Friday/ Saturday. The cost of all this was also entirely reasonable given the time and material needed to put it right. I totally appreciate Brian's knowledge and service and highly recommend his work based on my fantastic experience. He's a straight up guy with a passion for making cars look their best. Cheers Brian. The photos show the state it was in prior to Brian's help and there's a progress shot of the repair.
