In the United States, it is legal to write a check without a persons organization or their name on it as long as they have a bank account and sign the back of it. Which they told me needed to be written by the person who wrote, they were incorrect. This lead to me and my brother driving to the other bank, which had no problem at all with us cashing it out. If you want quality service from blue, use the one on dell range (5 stars to them)
