I had a profitable business before all of this, but because the banks aren't lending money, I felt pigeon holed into going to these private lenders when I needed a quick influx of cash to grow my business. Next thing I know, I'm getting 10 calls a day from all these lenders offering me more money and making it seem so easy. All of the sudden I had three positions, signed a confession of judgement one, and they were taking $600 a day out of my business checking account. Then I got hurt and couldn't work for a while. I asked them to work with me until I healed, and they did for a short while. Then the payments went back to the regular amount and they refused to work with me any longer, and even threatened me with legal action. I felt scared and helpless and didn't know where to turn because I signed there contracts and felt obligated. Then I found CDR & PLG. It was scary at first, but they were very understanding, professional, and knowledgeable. They assigned me a paralegal and an attorney that was not only licensed in my state, but also solely specialized in negotiating and settling unsecured business debt just like mine. Once I enrolled into their program, I immediately was not only able to keep from filing bankruptcy, but was provided instant cash flow and was able to get back to running my business instead of worrying about how I was going meet their exorbitant amount of daily payments and still stay afloat. I was in the program for a little over 6 months and they absolved me and my business of the debt and I currently have a zero balance on my business credit for the first time since opening my business. Now, if I can just figure out how to get this UCC filing off my business. Bottom line, if it wasn't for CDR and PLG, I don't think I would still be in business today.
