About a year ago, I went to this location for an oil change, and paid there premium prices, heard their multiple sales pitches on why I should get the upgraded oil, the overpriced air filters etc... and when I was done, the technicians didn't even tighten the oil cap tight enough, so a ton of my oil started leaking out. I went back the next day and yes, they gave me new oil for free but again an extreme pain. Now this week I went in for another oil change, figured it should be okay as maybe last time it was an off day, heard all of the pitches again, and waited for my oil change to be completed. This time, the oil cap was tightened, but the "technician" did not put back the plastic engine covering and left it on the battery, so my hood was jammed and I could not pop my hood. It took me 40 minutes to get the hood unjammed and now because of it, my car hood latch is damaged. So in short, they charge premium prices, rush to get you out of the shop to get to the next car, and don't even put your car back together properly.

Pictures from CAA Roadside Assist shows just a small amount of old dark oil on the ground under the car. Appears there was no oil added. It cost me $3000 for a new engine and MR LUBE was unwilling to do anything about it. I would NOT recommend going there.

Fast forward to September 2023 and I noticed there was a shimmy when I braked. I had a local technician check it out for me and he said that the front rotor was warped. Seeing that the front brakes were just replaced in 2022 and pricey, the local tech said I should contact mufflerman to see if they were covered under warranty.......so I called mufflerman and spoke with Lee who said, No, they are not covered because it has been over a year since I had the work done. It was 1 year and 4 months and they would not honour to replace the service performed. So, I checked my odometer reading from when I took my vehicle in to mufflerman in 2022 to 2023 and the brakes they installed didn't even last me 10325 kms. Needless to say, I am very disappointment in the customer service given and the quality of parts used. I will not go there again and I Do Not recommend their services.

I contacted the shop after seven weeks , the owner told me they were busy and to call back next week . this went on for five more weeks at which point i was told by the owner that he did not want to repair my part . at no point had i been rude / demanding or aggressive in our conversations . this owner might be good in his work but he is not a good business man or manager . my best advice is find a shop that wants your trade.
