I contacted Dents Unlimited (South London) for repair of a shopping cart dent in the left passenger door of my vehicle. I was connected with Emery Stewart, and after sending a photo of the damage and receiving an estimate we agreed on the afternoon of Thursday 27 Nov 2025 to repair the damage. The weather this day turned out to be somewhat appalling, blustery cold with some wet snow mixed in, and I was expecting to have a cancellation call but Emery kept the appointment and kept me appraised of his anticipated arrival time so that I could do other things while waiting. Never having seen a paintless dent repair before I confess to being somewhat amazed by the process. Emery did a fantastic job of repairing the dent without removing or disassembling anything from the vehicle or damaging the paint. I would defy anyone to point out the area where there dent was located. The final cost was as quoted and I am extremely happy with the results and the cost. Absolutely terrible experience with this business! I contacted (Nate) to get a quote to repair a very small dent on my vehicle and sent him a picture of the dent. He then quoted me $100 to fix it and when I asked him if he can repair it, his response was "yes, forsure." Not only did he increase the price from $100 to $140 then to $200 but he did an horrible job. Unfortunately, I was not home to see the hack job he did and my wife was dealing with him. After I returned home and seen the "repair" I called Nate to let him know that I was not happy with it..I asked for nothing, no reimbursement, absolutely nothing, I just wanted him to know that I felt it was not a successful repair. BUT instead of listening to my concerns, Nate became very belligerent and confrontational, to the point where he invited me to "come and see him in person at his shop." The two things id like people to know form this review are 1) this individual did not live up to the standard of repair he promised 2) his youth and inexperience is definitely a factor for his complete disregard for his customers concerns and totally unprofessional attitude! read more
