I picked this company due to having a Minnie Mouse combo jump which was the theme of my daughter's party. I booked on March 13th and the day before my daughter's party at 4:50 PM they informed me that they did not have that jump and they offered a Mickey Mouse jump. I expressed my frustration but accepted the other available jump due to it being the final hour before the party. The day of the party the company showed up with the Mickey Mouse jump but it was SOAKING WET. The guy tried to dry it with some towels but again 30 minutes before the party I had no other options. I did reach out the following day to inform them I was very disappointed about how things went and was told I would hear something back but heard nothing back from the company. The company left the jump overnight but did not tell me. Overall, I paid $250 plus dollars for a wet jump that I didn't really want. 0/10 would be my review.

I called the day before to make sure we didn't have to be home during setup (knowing they'd likely come while we were at mass) to which the owner told me no problem. He then said he'd text me that afternoon with the set-up time. He didn't text. When returning home from mass I see a missed call. They didn't set up the waterslide because they "didn't want to go in my yard without permission." It is now11:45 and people are starting to arrive at 12:00! The company claims they "specialize in making our customers feel they are our number one priority" yet when forgetting I told him we wouldn't be home, the owner brushed me off saying, "Sorry, I forgot, I speak to 30-40 people a day." They also claim to "go above and beyond your expectations to deliver on time and with a smile" yet when showing up less that 10 minutes before the event and seeing how upset I was when telling me setup would take more than 10 minutes, he then asked me if I "had a problem with that?" I responded, :yes, this is why I called you yesterday. Had he texted me as promised the day before, I could have reminded them of this." Then he asked if I just wanted him to cancel the order because I was upset he was late! This was for my 9 year old's birthday who had friends in route before they even started installing it!! So, I'm sorry if I resent their claim to have, "Excellent customer service..." or that they "want every customer to have the best possible experience." That was once true of this company. But, clearly they've become too large to keep up with the business they are receiving and have decided that repeat customers aren't worth valuing (or even remembering). I waited until the following day and after pickup to post this review, because I was really hopeful he'd come back today and apologize for how he handled it. But, no such luck.
