No stars really! I was forced to put one star to submit this review…read more I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL. Wrote a check for replacement of garage door April 17, 2013 and they have failed to come install new garage door to present date, four months later. Never responds to calls or texts, and when I get a reply there are numerous excuses for not showing or not installing or not making an appointment. April 17, 2013 David Jones & Craig A. Landry arrived at my residence and measured my garage door and gave me an estimate on replacing the garage door tracks, operator and the garage door itself. They did fix my current garage door spool as it had unwinded. They suggested that I replace the operator, but I wanted everything replaced for safety's sake. They quoted me $1,309.00 to replace everything, parts and labor. I wrote check #4345 in the amount of $1,309.00 and wrote it to cash as per David & Craig's request. I paid upfront as per request by them to secure the installation and equipment. They cashed my check the same afternoon and I have not seen them since. The first couple months I called and someone answered and made up excuses and made empty promises. Now when I call I get no answer so I also text to keep a history of events and I get replies back via text with excuses and more empty promises! The address on the receipt and listed here is a house and not a business. This business is not registered with the Secretary of State, nor with any other state. Crowley and Lafayette have nothing on file at the clerk of courts office either. They have not paid taxes for this business and these people are scam artists! I am out of pocket and continue to hunt these guys down for a refund. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and someone else has filed a complaint back in January of this year as well.

This is an addendum to the review that Ty just put as much as he explained himself ....I did tell them to call me every two weeks to make payment being that automatic payment would not be offered and when he called me today and asked me why I didn't pay at time of service ( very non chalant manner).Ty did not know that his business did not offer an invoice and I was mailed one at a later date In time... so as I said before they are not accommodating to their customers and yes I did curse and hang up on you because you were not trying to hear what your customer was complaining about on the prior phone call I received from the lady that said with an attitude that she was going to put a LIEN on my house make sure you play that recording too!! I have no emails from yall again he does not know how the invoice was sent...I am signing out to be the bigger person... Ty you can go on and try to defend what really happen that you was not even present for! By the way be more accommodating when customer ask you to call them every two weeks because it didn't bother you until I put this review up!!!! He Lied because I paid his $120.00 today...go check your invoice i paid right after I got off the phone with that rude lady...so your non chalant phone call was not needed!!!

I bought mine from the Lafayette location but they have an office in Abbeville, Lafayette and Broussard. They are so nice and professional at all locations. I dealt with a young lady named Liza. They had the building ready before the time it was suppose to be, they had someone professional deliver the building, they showed up to strap it down and then came and did my electricity in a matter of no time. I Love my building. When my new neighbors moved next to me, they inquired about my building and I referred my neighbor where I bought my building from and they purchased one so today I received this $50.00 gift card to show their appreciation. Thank you so much for the gift card!
